I wish I listened to the reviews before seeing him he put the wrong parts on my phone a screen from another phone on it and the screen was squared on the edges and not rounded... He will do anything to get your business and tell you anything and then use the wrong parts.. as long as your phone has power he thinks it's fixed and good and after you leave the store and have paid them there's no aftercare you're screwed.. While I was there and he was replacing it with a $30 battery (I got excited because he had one in stock and the price was reasonable - the one other place I found wanted $130 and three days to order it), I asked for a new screen protector. The one he put on is curling up at the edges and he said would be fine when I put the whole case back on, the case would keep it down. Frankly I'd have rathered to get one that worked without something else needing to hold it down. The battery he sold me was not charged, was second-hand and charges really slowly. Does it work? Yep. Did he get it all done in about 20 minutes? Yep. Did he encourage me to buy an external battery charger so that I always have a spare? Yep, and I can't blame him since I was the one who agreed to it. Does my phone still have charging difficulties and still take forever to charge? Yep. But at least it DOES charge. All in all, he did decent work. Didn't admit that the battery was second hand, though I'd have had to be blind not to spot it. The screen protector, new battery and external charger were $60. Was he good in a crunch? Yep. Did he fix the problem affordably? Yep.

I live about 1.5 hrs away from the store, so I arrived a couple hours after the call. I was told that they didn't have any gift cards in stock, which is the only way they provide payment for the phones, so I was out of luck. I asked why they told me I could come in today when I called 2 hours before, and the response was "well, we had a card 2 hours ago" and a shrug. 1. Why was this store left with no gift cards if they were running low? Why did management not provide their employees with the tools they need to serve the stores customers? 2. Why did the employee I spoke with on the phone not advise that they were running low on gift cards? If there was any indication of a possibility that I wouldn't be able to sell my phones, I would not have made the 3 hour round-trip drive. But there was no mention of the possibility of issues, nor was I advised they wouldn't be able to complete my transaction if I didn't arrive shortly. Instead, this store wasted 3 hours of my time and a substantial amount of gas just to shrug at me. With so many mobile repair shops in Kingston, I'd recommend that you chose one that will provide you with accurate and pertinent information over the phone, and one that shows the slightest consideration for your time and efforts. That was not my experience with Mobile Klinik Kingston, which is why I recommend that you look elsewhere for your mobile repair and accessory needs.

Without asking or clearing it with me, he removed thousands of files from Lightroom, including many 5-star rated ones I currently use. My computer even crashed following one of his operations. (See photo) He couldn't fix What he'd done. At first, he agreed to reimburse me, but then said he wouldn't give me anything back. I had to pay someone else to clean up his mess, and then to do the work I'd hired Mehul to do in the first place. As soon as I said to Mehul that I wanted my money back, he got nasty and began telling "untruths" about what had occurred. A huge waste of my time and money. Would not recommend.
