When I called, I was told my file had been closed even though NOTHING was actually fixed. They promised to call me back again... another week went by, still nothing. I called yet again, and now they claim they "don't see anything" in their system. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers or the quality of its products. I've wasted weeks chasing them just to be ignored. The couch is junk, the service is a joke, and I'll never buy from them again. Save yourself the headache and spend your money somewhere else!

Because it was not 1 year old it goes through the manufacturing warranty and they have no parts!! Over 3 weeks with out a refrigerator and timing on the parts. The Brick will not even try to help up get the repair quicker or exchange the refrigerator. Needles to say we had no choice but buy another refrigerator but from LEON's this time.

I am a fan of Gap. I am proud to say that I have been the same size for eight years. I used to not…read morebe able to fit into anything at this store when its largest size was a woman's 16. Thankfully, I got my weight down and removed this size restriction. Of course. Gap decided to offer larger sizes afterwards, which offers choices to consumers. This Gap Factory Store is a part of Quinte Mall, but it's not in the mall. It's a part of the box store section where you have to walk outside. I came here after having lunch for part two of my shopping spree. Years ago, button-fly jeans were in. When I lived in Winnipeg, I got my first pair of button-fly jeans. I moved around a fair amount that I don't know what happened to them. Weird. It's still a mystery to me. Anyway, there were button-fly jeans that were 50% off. I tried on a pair and loved how they fitted. I also have signed up for e-mail promotions. I got an extra $10 off them just for showing the e-mail. Go, me! There are decent discounts in this store. I liked how it was so easy to shop around, as it wasn't overly busy on a late Sunday afternoon. The man at the cashout area was great. I paid with a credit card, got my jeggings in a small bag, and happily made my way out. This store is next to an LCBO. There was plenty of parking around the area. (351)

It was sparsely staff the day I visited, but it was a weekday, so it could be the reason. What brought the rating down to 3 stars was the boring styles. There were a lot of styles, they were just all so boring. If you are looking for a casual yet classic looks, this store will be okay. Otherwise, ya know.

Started to talk about a new cellphone, I need one today. Didn't get very far before the phone rang and he wandered away to answer it. Chatted for a while on the phone. Never came back to me. He found a case that he liked and was almost ready to buy it, until I pulled out my tablet to see what they had in stock for me as well. (!!) I hadn't been planning on doing this, but it makes sense.... these things are so easy to break! Not that they fit in a back pocket so you can sit on them or anything, like my phone... However, better safe than sorry. They're so expensive to fix or replace! Lucky for us - they had two identical cases that fit each of our tablets, and the cases were even on sale! As for the service, the clerk was really helpful, allowing us to open the boxes to see how the case fits and works. I like that we can sit our tablets up - horizontally or vertically - to read or watch a show, or whatever we like. Convenient and handy. It was also neat getting the receipt sent to my email, although it didn't really save paper - coz we got a paper receipt as well. Oh well! This was a good experience. We had been looking for one of those cell phone stores that sells cases. This was another alternative. Shop around; you may save money.
