Called and they said they didn't get the emails. Opened up the email that I had sent previously and resent it and they said we got it. That tells me they got it the previous times I sent it. Was told again we will get back to you. Waited for a week or so and no response. Called again and was told they will get back to me. Been almost 2 months and still no reply! If they are this bad at just giving a quote how bad would they be dealing with for a drilling a well????

The following is the complaint containing a "small part" of the complete text message paper trail that I sent to the BBB about Mr Ben Burnie, and White Moutains Solar. I purchased a DIY System from White Mountain Solar a while back for almost $17,000 dollars not counting all of the extra parts that I needed, and still need to bring my system on line. I called WMS on December 10, 2024 and talked to someone named Ariel. I tried to explain to Mr. Ariel that I did not know the actual name of the parts that I needed, so I could order, and maybe pick them up the next day. I told him that I knew that they worked with the UFO Clamps that I purchased a few days earlier, and that they were used to secure the ends of the Solar Panels down so the wind could not lift the ends up, and cause the solar panels to blow away. But for what ever reason Mr. Ariel was more focused, on getting me over to customer support through text messaging that he could not understand what I was asking him for to the point that he was convened that I wanted to purchase more UFO Clamps, and because of that I literally had to hang up on poor Ariel. The next thing I know Mr. Ariel is texting me at 3:22 PM. I try to play along, and the conversation "seems" to be going well, but Ariel still did not understand that I didn't need UFO Clamps yet "at that time". ((This is Ariel, I have submitted your ticket sir, Ben can be reached here or he will call you back when he gets to your ticket, sorry for your frustration to hang up , please text Ben here or wait for him to call have a tech call you back)) Mr. Ariel, and I went back and forth, and I though all was well until the owner Mr Ben Burnie took over the text message, and technically lied to me three time, gaslighted me to purchace the parts I needed, from somewhere else twice , and blocked my phone mumber so I could not call to work this out. I have a text message paper trail of the whole conversation, and a video proof of my number being blocked. The System they sold me has bad parts that need to be exchanged. Can you help me please?

It took months and months of calling and texting to even get him to call back. Finally he started the job almost a year after the date he was supposed to have it finished. This man told me that he couldn't start the job until I paid up front in full. I didn't know I should have done it that I should have paid half and then half when the job was done. The workmanship is shoddy and very un-safe. This company is in cahoots with all the "good ole boys" in town and the inspector was one of them. I've been told that I out of luck and that this man can keep going on as a "good business man". NO WAY! I would NEVER recommend this person for ANY work. He's a thief and a liar and I hope that Karma catches up to him fast!!!
