Called and they said they didn't get the emails. Opened up the email that I had sent previously and resent it and they said we got it. That tells me they got it the previous times I sent it. Was told again we will get back to you. Waited for a week or so and no response. Called again and was told they will get back to me. Been almost 2 months and still no reply! If they are this bad at just giving a quote how bad would they be dealing with for a drilling a well????

To update my previous review, it is now 126 days since my 240v Lux solar inverter caught on fire…read more It caught the @#$%! on fire! I still do not have it back. WMS finally agreed to re-install my repaired inverter at no charge to me. I have it in email. However, since that email 7 days ago it's been crickets, even when I simply text them to ask where I am in the queue. The owner, Ben Burney, ducks my calls. His associate, Ron, refuses to discuss the matter saying, "take it up with Ben". Their virtual receptionist refuses to put me through to Ben saying, "I have a supervisor and have to do what he tells me to do". In the meantime, on 16 May, the 120v inverter they kindly loaned me in January has also failed. According to my multimeter, it's only putting out 88v. I discovered this when I went to my freezer (the only load on the inverter at the moment) and found it at 48 degrees. I let them know immediately. The only sound I heard was the aforementioned crickets. Since zero is not an option, they still are at one star. Now they have an ROC complaint filed. (Remember the license # that was tied to a business in Scottsdale and not WMS? I spoke to the ROC licensing office who said, and I quote.... "Yeah.... include that in your complaint." Done.) The truly frustrating thing is no facts are in dispute. All of this was 100% avoidable with even minimally competent customer service. I own my own business and have for 10 years. I have clients in North America, Europe, and Asia. I am not perfect and I've made mistakes. But the reason I am in business and all of my clients come to me by referral, is I treat my clients with R-E-S-P-E-C-T.

It took months and months of calling and texting to even get him to call back. Finally he started the job almost a year after the date he was supposed to have it finished. This man told me that he couldn't start the job until I paid up front in full. I didn't know I should have done it that I should have paid half and then half when the job was done. The workmanship is shoddy and very un-safe. This company is in cahoots with all the "good ole boys" in town and the inspector was one of them. I've been told that I out of luck and that this man can keep going on as a "good business man". NO WAY! I would NEVER recommend this person for ANY work. He's a thief and a liar and I hope that Karma catches up to him fast!!!
