I bought a disposable vape and was charged $60 for it when it's priced less than $20 everywhere else. Also, The owner always tells me to buy all the flavors and get 1 free lol like I'm stupid. I called before going asking if they had a wide selection of Geek bars, they said they did. When I got there they only had 4 flavors and they're all the gross ones. And it was literally $20 more than the smoke shop I used to go to in Westchester. There was a woman working the counter who was sweet and asked the man in the office if they had any more. That guy was so rude to her... he snapped at her multiple times. I don't like businesses that treat their employees like trash. I would rather drive 45 minutes to westchester than ever go back to this place. I will not be returning. read more

Update: I'm a software engineer - I have no need to scam free vape pens from subpar vape shops. Not to mention, with the high price of gas, how exactly does it make sense to spend time/gas traveling to this shop just to scam a free vape pen?? I guess in the book of Male Karen, returning the pen twice counts as "multiple times" and replacing it once is "continual replacement". Both pens lasted about 3 days. The 1st time I returned it, the employee noticed it was full and actually did check the records to see when I purchased it - which is why he gave me a replacement. The 2nd time, I actually asked Male Karen multiple times to *check the records* to see exactly when I purchased/returned the pen but he ignored me. If it had been close to empty (or even visibly used), he would've noticed and said something then & in his 1st response. But due to Male Karen's apparent psychic abilities, he has no need to check his own records - he knows who I am, as well as when I bought/returned the pen & can therefore confidently accuse me of running some sort of scam where I return the pen "multiple times" for "continuous replacement". Additionally, Male Karen told me more than once that the pen was a higher dose than the cartridge I 1st purchased. When I asked to exchange for different pen & he told me there was nothing he could do, I reminded him that I was sold the wrong product because the pen was a higher dose when I asked for lower. He didn't correct me then but in his response he changes his tune. Readers, if you google "cbd crystallization" - all the hits explain how it happens with cbd of *higher* (not lower) concentration & purity. But this guy is suddenly claiming I was sold a lower dose pen & providing some junk explanation for why it wouldn't pull. Not only is he a liar, but its even more indicative of his ignorance. So Male Karen is not only willing to defame customers but also lie to make himself and his subpar shop look better. Readers, know that if you come here, you'll be tricked into buying stuff with very little info given to you regarding that product. If you buy any faulty device here and have the misfortune of trying to return it when the owner is present, you'll just be insulted by Male Karen, who'll go out of his way and say anything to make it seem like the problem is yours. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that at least values customers and won't lie outright in an attempt to cover up the crappy quality of the products they carry. And Owner/Manager/Male Karen, have fun being yet another pathetic Karen. ------------------------------------------- Wow - 1g is a lower dose than 2g - who knew?? There you have it ladies & gents - proof of how knowledgeable the Manager/Owner (and by extension, the staff) is at this place. Don't expect much in depth info about CBD or the products they carry. But if you're having trouble figuring out whether 1g is a higher/lower dosage than 2g, bring your $ to the Vape CBD cuz apparently they have that covered. I forgot to mention in my previous review that he did pull out a placard with some info about crystallization (which no one bothered to show me when I purchased the pen, nor when I exchanged it). And also that while he insisted the the pen just needed preheating, he himself never managed to get even a pitiful puff after much pulling and "preheating" In an age where single effortless pulls on vape pens produce sizable plumes of vape, I think it's telling that this guy thinks "preheating" is normal/necessary. So my update: poor customer service + condescending management. Like I said, take your business elsewhere - this place is far from the only vape shop in town and definitely among the worst. read more
