We have a 2 year old Basset Hound who was used to having my husband home with him all day. When his job required him to go back into the office we hired Houston Dog Butler to come every afternoon and spend an hour with Archie so he didn't have to be alone all day. BEST decision we've ever made. They are extremely professional and send thorough reports immediately following their walk with a GPS map of the walk route, a great little blurb about their visit, and a number of adorable photos! I started looking forward to these reports each day! You can honestly feel the love they have for Archie which makes us so happy. I've attached a few photos that I've received from them over the past few weeks. You can also book appointments, see reports and handle invoicing all from their easy to use app. If you're looking for a dog walker that you can trust - look no further. Her enthusiasm and love for animals is apparent as soon as you meet her. Whenever I tell my babies that Estelle will be by for a walk, their tails start wagging! They really love her! I initially found her through yelp and contacted her due to all the raving reviews about her-- all true!! After every visit she txts a report and it is very thorough -- it's the next best thing after being able to check in on your babies yourself. One of my babies got super sick recently and for a while we thought that we would have to make the difficult decision to let him go. Estelle was so incredibly compassionate throughout the whole ordeal-- coming to see him at the hospital and staying by our side-- I credit her completely for getting us through that difficult time. Thankfully, he's so much better now and we're all just so grateful to Estelle! For the comprehensive service she provides, her rates are so reasonable!! Her rates are actually lower than her competitors and she does a better job! What more could you ask for?

We brought our pup to her so she could evaluate what was going on, and when he came home, she walked us through a step by step process that allowed him to be confident being home alone again. I was seriously concerned that we wouldn't be able to leave him alone ever again, but Elena knew what to do, and encouraged us to patiently stick with the program. Now we can leave him at home and he's relaxed and happy. The vet could only recommend that we drug him. Elena really knows dogs and she is excellent at giving them a voice. We are so grateful. All I can say is WOW!…read more I'm a pet sitter myself and when I was in need of one, a friend sent me their URL. I was very impressed with their website (www.hahpetsitters.com) and even more so when I spoke with Cindy. I booked them to care from my three cats while I was away for 6 nights. When I booked, they sent me a detailed confirmation listing all dates, times and services that I'd requested via their website. A week before they send you an e-invoice with a link to an online payment site. The day before I left, they sent me a reconfirmation. And then while I was away, Cindy sent me daily texts with updates sometimes with pictures and videos of my pets. They even left toys out and provided one of their own making. When I returned, I was delighted to find a day-by-day summary of their visits, business cards and even some "welcome home" Hershey's kisses. Cindy and crew are a Class Act! I'll definitely use them again.
