DO NOT buy any boots here if you're looking for Quality footwear…read more Amy from this specific store convinced me to buy a pair of Ariats saying that they were durable Boots & would last me a long time. Especially if I purchased leather cream & applied it twice every week. These expensive piece of Garbage literally only lasted me 2 Months. Amy told me that if the sole started falling apart or the leather started coming apart (witch it did after 2 months of use) I could bring them back & get a different pair. I came back to Boot barn to exchange them & the staff there said that, that kind of Damage is from normal wear. Apparently really expensive ($190) Boot Barn boots only last 2 months. Then they expect you to be satisfied with only 2 months of use with this kind of price tag. If I knew that the staff at this location weren't going to honor their word at the end. I would've never spent any kind of money on footwear. I feel seriously ripped off by this store. I most definitely will not be spending any more of my money at Boot Barn in the future. They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off like this. I've worked in Irrigation for 13 years & have gone through a few pairs of Boots. Normally my work boots last me 1 - 2 years before they start showing wear & tear. They seriously tried their best to convince me that, that kind of damage was Normal (how disgraceful!) Hopefully my experience with this place helps someone else NOT get ripped off like I was. If I could give zero stars, I would. NEVER spending at dollar at this store ever again.

I like the jewelry and accessories they had as well. Again a bit expensive but very cute. The staff was nice & checked if we needed help multiple times. I'm not sure what possessed me to continue shopping, but I visited this Kohl's store. I had no problem finding a parking spot. The store is located in a plaza of box stores, which includes Walmart. There is tons of parking. I saw some nice tops and sweaters. I went to try on a couple of sweaters in a fitting room, which was clean and spacious. There were hooks to determine whether I had to have the item, if it goes back on the rack, or if I'm still thinking about it. Frankly, the sweaters that I was trying on weren't that flattering on me, so I had to put them back. This store has an amazing selection of PopSockets. I've never seen anything quite like it. They were all on sale. I saw regular ones that I am familiar with. You can get just the tops and swap them out. There was a cute donut enamel one. There were also fancy jewelled ones. I bought the purple jewelled one because it was pretty in my favourite colour. I liked the travel section. There were nice luggage pieces and accessories. There was an aisle of discounted watches and bracelets. I spent some time looking at everything. There was a bracelet with an infinity symbol as a charm that I knew a friend of mine would love. I went to pay at the checkout. I collected Kohl's reward points through the app on my phone. The cashier was helpful and patient. I used a credit card to pay. All was great. I had a decent shopping experience here. I'm not sure how I managed to continue shopping that day, but I did! (22)

I occasionally went back to the Birkenstock aisle to just look at them which is when this older woman worker approached me and stated the following "you've been in this aisle a lot" I replied back with yeah I'm just looking. I proceeded to walk away and back towards my friends which is when I started keeping an eye on her. she proceeded to follow me and my other 2 friends around the whole store for 10+ minute. at one point I heard her tell someone to look at the cameras and then later security walked in. my friends wanted to leave but I decided to test her by going all the way to the opposite side of the store and what do you know she followed and stared us down. eventually I confronted her and asked if she was racially profiling or profiling us on our age (i am white and my two friends are black and we all are 19) she replied back with "I'm just doing my job" eventually we had enough and left the store. it's also important to note that not a single worker in the store greeted us and that was our first interaction with the workers. overhaul I would recommend the shoe store next to them as they have a good selection of shoes and don't make you feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable.
