After a hiatus from Dr.Bridenstein, I called and made two appointments, I did not know about Dr.Boldry until they put myself and daughter into cancellation appointments so we got in sooner. But they FAILED TO MENTION, NOT IN NETWORK. My insurance covers cleanings and X-rays twice a year. Why would I request someone I would have to be OUT OF POCKET FOR? Nope, sure wouldn't Couple of months later I get the $92.55 bill. Beware, they are SCANDALOUS! Now, they have lost three clients. Way to go Debbie!

The RDHs are always friendly and go out of their way to make our visits comfortable, whether offering pillows, blankets, specific flavors of tooth polish or a movie to help take our minds off dental matters. The ladies at the desk up front who deal with the business side always make our insurance coverage easy to understand even when I've forgotten some of the details I should know in advance. They make every effort to check on prices of services when I ask, and they can help set up payment plans if needed. They are kind and considerate when I need to reschedule an appointment, and they always welcome my family when we enter the office. Likewise, Dr. Bridenstine makes every effort to be sure dental services are stellar. We have always had a positive experience with his sedation dentistry, and he provides a thorough explanation of options when available. We have only experienced excellence in his work, and we have appreciated how he goes above and beyond to create a positive outcome for his patients. A couple of years ago, I returned to his office two extra times at no charge just so he could alleviate some discomfort I had after a filling needed to be filed a little more delicately. While I was numb, I hadn't noticed. Yet, he made it right a second time even after I wasn't sure about it the first time I returned. Now, that's patience for your patient! All the staff members work diligently to make dental visits pleasant. I have always appreciated their use of soft, professional voices via individual headsets to prioritize communication and timeliness while maintaining privacy. The entire practice operates in a well-orchestrated manner while each employee treats one another with respect and kindness. They have created a culture of team effort that works for the good of the patient, and I highly recommend their dentistry practice.

I used…read moreto go here but the dentist there had blood shot eyes twice and seemed like he was high....I commented on that at the desk. Well then he moved to Texas and this clinic got new dentists. It's not a local dentist office. It's a chain that rotates people through. Lately the dentists have been the same but you never know who your hygienist will be. I quit and went to another office, but Covid hit and that office closed. When I had a crown break off and needed emergency dental care no one would take me as a non patient. Summit Fair took me back in after pleading my desperation. After looking in my mouth the dentist told me how important I be seen and do something right away. She and her hygienist that day were very kind and helpful. Open and honest. She did a great job. Her name is still on the door but I've never been able to get an appointment with her since, and I've never seen her there. Today not only did they never call and cancel, they also didn't have a hygienist in the office. The last cleaning I had was pretty rough and I have had a lot better people do the 6 month cleaning. They also tried to push two more crowns. I might need one, but why does it always seen that they are selling crowns?? Oh and magically after I put it off, they sent me a card saying they were having a sale on discount crowns. Today they wanted me to reschedule, but I already took off work to be here, why would I risk a 3rd time with them but having me on the schedule??

After extensive x-rays & review by Dr. K, he advised there is a large infection around the entire front, upper rt. tooth & the upper front left front tooth shows signs of hair-line fractures. His recommendations were for them to be removed & a New Upper Partial. The x-rays are Obvious. The Dr. at Summit Fair, did Not see or diagnose this or advise me of this. This Should have been recommended & done the first time I saw them. 4 visits & $4500 later, here I am. in pain & looking at more than an additional $4000 to Correct the Summit Fair Doctor's work. At the time of my last extraction, cavities were to be filled. The Dr. even stated the visit before my last, "Since you will be numbed up, we might as well do that at that time". Their Office Staff did Not schedule that. Now I am in pain, suffering. This was Not the first time their Office Staff or (I assume the Doctor), had failed in there job responsibilities. Examples follow: *Lower partial was manufactured incorrectly first time. *Office Staff Not following up for appointments. *Office Staff Not Scheduling needed care. *Office Staff stating 2 different amounts of cavities. First they stated 6, then 5, then told it would. cost me an additional $1500 to fill them. *Not seeing the Infection & cracks in the 2 front upper teeth. *Not recommending &/or removing the 2 front upper teeth & manufacturing the New Appropiate upper partial. * Not seeing that 2 of the 5 cavities are Not in need of attention since they are minimal stains on top of the enamel. Thus there are only 3 cavities that need attention. I am a Veteran without dental insurance. I am retired on limited income. I paid my bills in Full each visit. $4500 later I have a partial that will be no good, pain from frt. upper gum and painful bone spurs from extractions. I asked they consider refunding me the cost of the Upper Partial or contact me and arrange to make the necessary corrections to the 2 front, upper teeth and New Upper Partial by performing the work yourself WITHOUT Cost to me after the Infection has cleared. Three Weeks later No Response. Be Warned. Shoddy dentistry. Unprofessional Office Staff.

I was sitting in an exam room waiting for the dentist and overheard a conversation amongst staff/drs talking poorly about a patient in a very innapropriate and rude manner. It made me pretty uncomfortable but I have really bad dental anxiety and getting there in the first place was a big step so I wanted to follow through. That day I needed a root canal and two crowns so it was a very long appointment. I felt left in the dark throughout the way and Wendy was not super friendly. Not rude but not comforting either. After that I had to make two appointments for cleanings and a cavity. They messed up my appointments and the hygienist almost numbed me on the wrong side, I explained that I had a cavity needing filled and it needed to be the correct side for the numbing. She switched sides and finished. She was also not very attentive or kind, super rough and not gentle while working in my mouth. Today I went back for my third and final appointment. At reception, I reminded them about the cavity and they said it was on the other side, and I said so should that have been done last week? They completely missed it. I was upset and flustered; I have a lot of anxiety around this, and was informed I could get it all done today but that my entire mouth would have to be numbed. It was so traumatizing last week when she gave me the shots that I was shaking after. I decided to suck it up and just get it done and be done with it. The same hygienist from the week prior, Anastasia, came to take me back and asked how I was doing, I was honest and told her not good, and told her why, she decided instead of just apologizing and understanding, that she'd rather argue with me about what happened. I've been so uncomfortable every single time I've been in this office and I finally decided that was enough. I'll find somewhere else. To be honest I'd rather drive an hour to my old dentist in my old town than ever go to this office again. All of this to also say that the way they price things and charge you for things feels pretty scammy, or maybe they're just way overpriced. Another reason I should have trusted my gut on the first day. STAY AWAY, Find someone who will be nice to you while they drill holes in your teeth. Find someone who won't talk shit about you in front of other patients. Find someone who will numb you in the correct location. Please.
