No response and after several days I called again. He responded by text and said he had to take a few personal days. An appointment was set for him to come give us an estimate and he did send that after our first meeting. At that appointment some additional plans were discussed and another appointment set. This time he didn't show up, didn't call and didn't text. I sent two text to him asking if he was coming and no response. We had plans for the day and we were left waiting and wondering. On my third message I told him he had already had two red flags previously by responding several days after I had called and this was the second issue of not showing and that I could not work with undependable and we were done. Then he finally responded and said he got hung up building a swing set! That's very unprofessional. No I would not recommend him, he seems to work when he wants to as some previous reviews on Yelp have had the same issue. In his defense he seems to be a very nice guy, but I wasn't hiring a nice guy.

No one even came close to matching their price. And the integrity of just dealing with Bryan and his brother, was top of the chart. A+ Always quick to answer any questions. He would text us if he was running a few minutes behind, or letting us know time wise where we were. He was so patient, professional and friendly. Bryan and Jayson worked long and hard. I can't stress enough all the labor that went into these 30+ year old cabinets, prepping and painting. My kitchen was well protected and they took extra care to protect the appliances, as well. They were prompt to correct any issues that came up. And the final results speak for themselves. Highly recommend and we will use them again!

We hired Luis and…read moreteam for a full-house remodel on a "dream home" for our growing family - he said it would take 3-4 months. A year and a half later, we're having to find someone else to finish the job. The project is only about two-thirds of the way done, even though we've paid nearly the full quoted amount. Despite a big upfront payment, Luis continually asked us for more money to "accelerate the work" but we never saw more than incremental progress and long stretches with no work at all. We've now hired a lawyer to try to recover the money we paid for work that was never completed (or in some cases never even started). This has been an incredibly stressful situation over the last year, and has caused our family a major financial loss. I wouldn't wish what we have been through on anyone. I can give more info on request, but really, just find a different contractor to work with.

Because I live out of state, it was even more challenging to find contractors to replace my flooring and repair the walls that were ruined by the water. I reached out on Yelp and Rafael responded quickly and called me to discuss the issues. He was able to get me an estimate in a couple of days and, when we agreed on the scope, was able to get started quickly. Although I haven't seen the work in person, my tenant said that all looks good. When I see for myself in a couple weeks, I have no doubt that my expectations will be exceeded. I have never had a contractor actually complete when promised so I was pleasantly surprised indeed!
