He handed them to a rough looking tech from the shop and the tech just threw them on a desk, without any care or professionalism. So I'm standing there the two morons behind the counter are just standing there not doing anything. Then a pretty young girl walks in to pick up her car, and they are fighting to help her, and I'm just standing there. I turn to leave and they never say a word to me. I go outside and ask the Moron manager Keith if he is in fact the manager and why I was never helped? He got really defensive and and said, "I will help you, but he was already helping another guy. I told him that this was not the service I expected, and that Firestone was just down the road. He told me that I should go there. I should have known, because the parking lot was almost empty.
