Every time I come here, I am impressed with how immaculately clean it is, how kind the staff is, and how beautiful all my tattoos are! It's so awesome to have a local shop with rotating and stationary artists because you can just choose from all their work! All that variety, under one roof! Each artist has their own spot/work area, and its all adorably decorated with stickers or other items that bring out the personality of the artist. There's even a ramen machine, and when I sat for a 3.5-4 hour tattoo, I got hungry, and my artist prepared me a Shin Ramyun from the machine. It was awesome. The bathroom is also really nice, big and clean with funny decor and a fancy toilet and its, again, always very clean. I appreciated the extra effort she put into designing my tattoo and making sure it would be something I like. She took my concept and really made it better. I'm glad I chose to go with her advice when she recommended I go for a cutesy style vs pixel art style for my tattoo. She was right. I do like it a lot better. I was worried I'd have regrets after my first tattoo but I am absolutely in love with it! It brings me joy every time I look at it. Her work is amazing. The lines are so crisp and the shading and colors are well done. Throughout the process, Louise made sure I was comfortable. She did a great job at walking me through aftercare. After some back-and-forth, she refused to do my Bible verse tattoo and encourage me to do my secondary tattoo which I chose to be a sword. She refused to do my lettering because she said it was too small, but as you can see by the tattoo in my arm, she can easily draw small lettering. So that was odd. Then, when it came to the placement of the tattoo, because of the location on my shoulder, the tattoo was not straight. She actually yelled at me because I wasn't satisfied when the stencil went on my arm. The other guy stepped in and he was able to correct the issue by using a ruler and measuring the distance from my existing tattoo to get the evenly spaced apart tattoos. This was odd. Once the placement was good to go, the tattoo experience was good. Due to the customer service skills of the other guy in the shop, I asked Erika to give me his info so I can have him do my Bible verse tattoo. I sent him a message on Instagram, but he ignored me and hasn't responded. I would not recommend the shop. A tattoo is a permanent piece of art on your body, for the most part. If someone yells at you because you're not happy with the tattoo or the placement of it, it is simply bad customer service. I paid her above asking, a good tip and also paid her $100 because I missed a previous appointment. Time is valuable. I anticipate Erica will grow her patience and customer service skills. She will be the complete package when this happens. But if all you care about is an extremely talented artist and tattoo professional, then Erika is your person.

He took his time to walk me through everything: from what to expect, breathing techniques, possible pain levels, and made sure everything was perfectly aligned before starting. Sin was quick, precise, detailed and very light handed. I was originally only going to do half of my back piece in two sessions, but then we ended up staying late and finished it all in one night. 4 hours, a couple 15-minute breaks and a whole finished piece later, and I was absolutely amazed at how great of a job he did! I still have a few touch ups and cross to add, but wow! So far, I'm already in love with my tattoo. I've gotten tons of compliments on the crisp lines and intricate details he did! I did come in with my own design but resizing and placement was my main concern. I did one consultation just to talk about the original design and how to modify it to be the size I wanted it to be. The second consultation was for placement and refining the size. I really liked that I was able to get the stencil placed on me before "signing off" on the design. Because my schedule was very flexible and I live not too far from the shop, scheduling was straight forward. We worked out a day and time that worked best for both of us and I paid a deposit to hold the date. I ended up coming to my appointment 20 minutes early and Noli was already ready to go. This wasn't my first tattooing experience so I knew what to expect. The final product turned out better than I expected. Noli added more depth to my tattoo that made it look like an artist took a paintbrush to my hip.The level of detail in the amount of time (2.5hr) was amazing; I'm impressed. The only reason why I docked a star is that, during the consultation process, there were a few times where we would schedule a time and then I would get a last minute rescheduling request. When I first walked in, the sweet girl behind the counter listened to my concern and wrote down my name so I could see the piercer (Jason)! The wait wasn't long until it was my turn as a walk-in and Jason took a look at my piercing and cleaned it up very thoroughly before changing me to a higher quality stud. Jason is super thorough with his work and he explained to me why I wasn't healing properly due to the bad quality stud that I received from another piercing shop.
