As someone in my 50s I saw lots of ads with younger people using the facility so I initially hesitated in checking it out. I finally motivated myself to walk in the door and ask about it. The workers are absolutely the most incredible people at this location. The young woman I first met took the time to explain every single detail with me from the moment I arrived. They provide you with a scented ice cold cloth to take into the sauna with you... (you pick the fragrance that invokes peace for you) and they explain this in detail. They have flavor infused water that you can select and take into your room to indulge. They have white marble rooms or black marble rooms and you need to let them know what you prefer. Please make sure you book your rooms in advance and utilize the app to do so. You can pay a first time fee online, which is much more reasonable than the future costs. Future drop in fees are super expensive at $60, however, even if you have to pay that...even that is worth it. The saunas are incredible. Everything in the room is immaculate. You can adjust the lighting and the sound. I love to have a spa sound on with soft music...Gentle sounds of running water over Asian inspired melodies a preference. The cold plunge is immaculate as well, but be prepared. If you are going into it the cold bath, there are no bars to help you get in... You lift yourself over the lip of the tub and lower yourself. I would not recommend this for anyone who is much older and needs assistance. However, it is for everybody else. I've worked myself up in the cold plunge to 3 1/2 minutes. But when I began, there was no way I could even stay in longer than a minute. It's a journey and an experience and your body will thank you along the way. Contrast therapy has changed my life, my metabolism, my mood and most importantly my pains have subsided significantly on the days following a treatment. The owner takes great pride in this beautiful facility. Women there is a hair studio in the back with blow dryers and flat irons... And the vitamin C shower provides high end product to help you feel and smell fantastic before you leave. I highly recommend this to anybody who is looking to make a healthful change!!!!

It's a hidden oasis of relaxation. Upon arrival, I checked in at the tablet at the front of the spa, got to select scented cold towel, and escorted to my suite. I was welcomed into a private suite equipped with an infrared sauna, cold plunge, and a vitamin-C infused shower. The suite was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, had WiFi, Bluetooth-enabled entertainment options, and adjustable mood lighting in the sauna. It allowed me to customize the ambiance to my preference. The rest of the sauna is basically all similar rooms (think like a tanning studio style). The session started with an introduction of the experience that cut into my time. That's entirely my fault, I did not arrive early as recommended. I recommend that you do. Basically, you get 45 minutes to 1 hour in a suite. You can follow your own heart to whatever sequence you want in terms of sauna and cold plunge. Just rinse in vitamin-C infused shower. The employees will suggest recommended sequence and time. Your suite has a countdown clock so you can plan your time accordingly. I will admit that it puts a bit of pressure on you, but I generally dislike clocks. When I say it's clean, I really mean it. I personally observed a cleaning person go into every suite after the session to scrub it down very meticulously. I was impressed with this level of sanity standards. I immediately booked another session while at this place (special pricing offered). It was a lovely experience to be in my own suite, enjoy relaxation solo, and just unwind. Laura went above and beyond to reschedule at a later date in South Hills location or transfer my appointment to the Strip District location. It was more convent to visit the downtown location. I was warmly greeted as I walked in. I was about a half hour early for my appointment but was able to start immediately. I was treated to a complimentary seltzer, I enjoyed the Blackberry Lemon which was very good and refreshing, so much so I had to get another one after my session. Abby was a great host during my visit. Very friendly, helpful and informative. I didn't know what to expect but she explained the process thoroughly. During the session I switched colors every few minutes to get all the benefits from the entire color spectrum. Afterwards I felt relaxed and releasing the tension and toxin's! The salt cabin treatment felt okay to me because I was just bored inside plus it was really cold in there. However, there are benefits to salt therapy including helping with skin problems, inflammation, and removing mucous from the lungs. SAUNA -- Benefits include relaxation and detoxification. They have 2 sauna rooms. In my most recent visit, I paid for a sauna treatment which is $20 for non-members or 1 credit for members. Basically, 1 credit equals $20. Now $20 may be too expensive for some people but taking care of your body shouldn't come as a price; rather, a reward. Before entering the sauna, a staff member asked if I wanted electrolyte infused water so I gladly accepted a cup. It's important to hydrate before, during, and after entering a sauna to replenish water lost through sweat. I enjoyed the infrared sauna and the heat (135F) didn't bother me. Infact, I wished it was hotter....haha. Before I walked in, a staff member asked me what program I wanted and I believe I choose "detoxification". See my attached photos for a description of their sauna programs. Once inside, I sat then laid down while glancing through a book. There is a remote inside that allows you to adjust the light. The different coloured light settings are supposed to help the body in many ways. After getting out of the sauna, there is a mini-fridge that has a eucalyptus infused towel for cooling off. It felt nice to wrap the small towel around my neck and pat it on my chest. I highly recommend the sauna and massage chair. Visit Reset Lounge today located in quaint Chagrin Falls. This is a far more effective method than a traditional sauna. Traditional saunas use mind clogging steam to heat a room. The hot air in turn heats your skin. Unfortunately for traditional saunas, the heat only warms the outer layers of skin. The body feels almost no heat deep within. If you were to attempt to feel the same penetrating heat from a traditional sauna you would have to remain inside the steam room for over an hour.
