I kept sliding back into the water. So the lady that was with me took me out of the water in my chair and put me on the ground. There was supposedly a seat belt. She had a hard time finding both sides and said she didn't need to use it that day. So there I was out of the water doing leg exercises that I was doing at home. So I was utterly shocked and disappointed at the way this health center handled this whole situation. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, just getting my frustration out. I have seven more appointments and right now I can't decide whether to go or not.

There was a women's and men's changing area with lockers and ADA-Compliant showers and restrooms. There was also a snack area and comfortable "relax" area to enjoy after your pampering. You can't give love if you don't have any for yourself. Everything starts with the relationship you have with yourself." -- Cassey Ho, Youtuber and Pilates instructor. I first found out about Reset Lounge through a complimentary massage thanks to Yelp Cleveland in February 2020. You can read my review from partnership with Yelp here -- https://www.yelp.co.uk/biz/elite-week-yelp-recharges-with-reset-lounge-chagrin-falls?hrid=wEgT_PVaIRPwODfMWwGkyg&utm_source=ishare&utm_content=review I visited Reset Lounge a 2nd time on Wednesday, 5 February 2020. I definitely needed to de-stress on this day after getting into a minor car accident earlier that morning. INSIDE -- The space is very warm and inviting just similar to a Spa. When you enter, you will be greeted by a staff member at the front desk. There are numerous chairs to sit at in the lobby. There is also a water/tea station right at the front as you enter. In addition, you can remove your shoes and jacket at the front entrance. There is also a back entrance as well because the front outside gets congested from parked cars. SERVICES/TREATMENTS -- If you enjoy fitness, then a small gym is available for use before or after a wellness service. Private personal trainers train clients inside this gym so you can book a personal training session. For services, they offer CRYOTHERAPY, INFRARED SAUNAS, SALT THERAPY, NUCALM NEUROSCIENCE THERAPY, MASSAGE & COMPRESSION CHAIRS, WHOLE BODY VIBRATION (a small machine located in the gym), and more new services coming in 2020. Thanks to Yelp and being a Yelp Elite member, I got to try 2 services for free -- the massage chair and the salt cabin. I highly recommend the massage chair because it is zero gravity meaning the chair reclines back plus it really deeply massages the lower and mid-body. The salt cabin treatment felt okay to me because I was just bored inside plus it was really cold in there. However, there are benefits to salt therapy including helping with skin problems, inflammation, and removing mucous from the lungs. SAUNA -- Benefits include relaxation and detoxification. They have 2 sauna rooms. In my most recent visit, I paid for a sauna treatment which is $20 for non-members or 1 credit for members. Basically, 1 credit equals $20. Now $20 may be too expensive for some people but taking care of your body shouldn't come as a price; rather, a reward. Before entering the sauna, a staff member asked if I wanted electrolyte infused water so I gladly accepted a cup. It's important to hydrate before, during, and after entering a sauna to replenish water lost through sweat. I enjoyed the infrared sauna and the heat (135F) didn't bother me. Infact, I wished it was hotter....haha. Before I walked in, a staff member asked me what program I wanted and I believe I choose "detoxification". See my attached photos for a description of their sauna programs. Once inside, I sat then laid down while glancing through a book. There is a remote inside that allows you to adjust the light. The different coloured light settings are supposed to help the body in many ways. After getting out of the sauna, there is a mini-fridge that has a eucalyptus infused towel for cooling off. It felt nice to wrap the small towel around my neck and pat it on my chest. I highly recommend the sauna and massage chair. Visit Reset Lounge today located in quaint Chagrin Falls. Customer service is also wonderful here. Your body will enjoy a "reset" after you come here. **** - 12/200 total reviews in 2020 - 388 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 8 February 2020

Sauna Cleveland is my new sanctuary after a long week. This is a newish mobile sauna concept…read morecurrently long-term stationed at the Brownhoist. I visited this sauna twice now after falling in love with the idea at Ingenuity Festival. I was just at Sauna Cleveland a few days ago, and already planing another visit. My latest visit was a top tier ritual. A group of us were unwinding in a sauna on Friday night. We had it all - guitar and dancing in the sauna, birch rituals, honey masks, diving in the snow, black currant tea, and relaxing steam. It was a community group of strangers who quickly became friends, and we all stayed all night. Where else will you experience guitar in the sauna? AMBIANCE: This sauna concept feels especially trendy and unique. The sauna is housed inside a restored 1964 Swiss Colony camper. It's very spacious. The sauna has varying heat levels perfect for newbies or experts, heat lovers and the just adjusting. The sauna's exterior is decorated with bright and inviting colors. Inside the sauna you'll find Scandinavian experience - cedar lined, wood burning sauna, and illuminated by red lights. The heat (usually kept at 150°F) instantly feels deeper than elsewhere and experience more rejuvenating. It also feels more intimate as you communicate with other sauna goers. The exterior of the sauna has all your main conveniences - cubby for your possessions, shelf for your phones, and usually a few chairs for lounging. There's also a cold plunge for contrast therapy. This sauna concept feels like an especially nice third space because it travels around the city settling in the most interesting locations. You get to not only experience the sauna but also different scenery and our city. EXPERIENCE: The sauna can be experienced in a communal or private manner. You can privately book the sauna for $250 - 2 hours, maximum 11 people at the Brownhoist. You can privately book the sauna for $500 - 25 hour rental at your place. Another way to experience the sauna is communally for $30 dollars at the Brownhoist during designated times (Thursdays and Fridays, 6-9 PM). You can also get a discounted communal sauna pack. You'll get one hour of sauna and cold plunge use. The sauna has plenty of space. If there are not a lot of people you're invited to stay lounger. Personally, I love lingering. Cold plunge is available if the weather is above freezing. Payment is collected via pre-booking on their site, Eventbrite; or in person - cash or Venmo. I have to say that this is the most budget-friendly sauna experience I've heard of in the city, and I'm sauna connoisseur. At Brownhoist you'll also enjoy an underground lounge complete with couches, chairs, and peacefully candlelit. You can sip on tea, connect with others, or even unwind on your own. There is a place to change, shower on the second floor, and underground lounge space. Experience is simple at Brownhoist. You'll arrive and park in the gated lot (always feels safe), go to the underground level of the building to check-in, and then go to the sauna or cold plunge. WHAT TO BRING: Bring bathing suite, water, towel, robe and slip-on shoes. There is space for your stuff - cubby by the sauna and lockers at the Brownshoist. SERVICE: The sauna owners Christina and Elizabeth provide red-carpet treatment to all. They are great at conversations and ensure that you have the most personalized care. They'll instantly make you feel at ease. EVENTS: Sauna Cleveland plans unique events - wood chopping competition and reindeer farm sauna session (Jan 2026). Sauna Cleveland is a distinct experience where community is at the heart. You meet such interesting local people in informal atmosphere - musicians, artists, and more. The atmosphere, the crowd, the heat, and the red light create an unforgettable night. You have to check it out, it's a whole vibe!
