If you are tender i'd tell them soft but doesn't mean thats what you're gonna get because i seem to always leave with a headache and in more pain then when i went in because they press extremely hard to the point I can't relax and just want it over with they just smile and nod like they don't understand you. however my husband thinks that they don't push to hard so I guess it depends on the person and how they like the pressure. i wasnt really concerned about it because we always went back and always gave them another try. WHAT I AM CONCERNED ABOUT is the fact they i was told 30 dollars for a half hour session when I called and was told 30 a piece when I was checking out but when I wasn't leaving "a good enough tip" her exact words after she laughed was, "people usually leave more tip". I apologized and asked how much do people usually leave for future reference (WHICH HOW MUCH OF A TIP I LEAVE DEPENDS ON THE SERVICE I RECIEVE AGAIN I HURT EVERYTIME I GET A MASSAGE THERE..) and she never answered me about how much people leave they upped the price and said it was 40 dollars a piece (which is crap). I paid for mine on my card and cash for my husband I was supposed to get 10 bucks in change and they wouldn't give me my change claimed it was a tip. I was so disgusted and pissed off and walked out the door. We will never return there again. So fair warning GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I say "heard" because u could clearly hear her other worker having a full on conversation on her phone the whole time as well!! To really tie it up nicely, the lady added on more money to her tip (which I really did not want to give, but I worked in the restaurant business & felt like I had to) with my card, absolutely absurd.

I had a stroke at the end of March 2024; She came to my rehab facility and then my home when I was released from rehab. I firmly believe that the deep muscle massage helped in my recovery of function in my left leg, arm and hand. Just this last month after my therapy I had what I would call a miraculous improvement in my left hand. Up to that time my hand at rest would be clenched in a fist, but after therapy that day I noticed my hand was open at rest without me consciously trying. Ann is a wonderful person. I would highly recommend and encourage any stroke patient to give her a call. L.H
