Name changed to liu's but still same address number etc. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK: When getting a…read moremassage we've always gone here because they get us in quick and usually always do a decent job. If you are tender i'd tell them soft but doesn't mean thats what you're gonna get because i seem to always leave with a headache and in more pain then when i went in because they press extremely hard to the point I can't relax and just want it over with they just smile and nod like they don't understand you. however my husband thinks that they don't push to hard so I guess it depends on the person and how they like the pressure. i wasnt really concerned about it because we always went back and always gave them another try. WHAT I AM CONCERNED ABOUT is the fact they i was told 30 dollars for a half hour session when I called and was told 30 a piece when I was checking out but when I wasn't leaving "a good enough tip" her exact words after she laughed was, "people usually leave more tip". I apologized and asked how much do people usually leave for future reference (WHICH HOW MUCH OF A TIP I LEAVE DEPENDS ON THE SERVICE I RECIEVE AGAIN I HURT EVERYTIME I GET A MASSAGE THERE..) and she never answered me about how much people leave they upped the price and said it was 40 dollars a piece (which is crap). I paid for mine on my card and cash for my husband I was supposed to get 10 bucks in change and they wouldn't give me my change claimed it was a tip. I was so disgusted and pissed off and walked out the door. We will never return there again. So fair warning GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

https://www.facebook.com/share/19DFpKqF5e/?mibextid=wwXIfr…read more I'm posting the inspiration picture alongside the actual result so everyone can judge for themselves. My daughter found a picture of exactly how she wanted her hair to look. Before the appointment, the stylist looked at the photo and told us she could achieve it. We were quoted $210-$260, which I thought was expensive, but it was my daughter's money, and she agreed to pay it because she expected to receive what she asked for. My daughter's natural hair color is a light auburn, and she specifically told the stylist that she hated that color and wanted something completely different. She wanted cool-toned, dimensional highlights like the inspiration photo. Instead, she walked out with hair that looks very similar to the natural color she specifically said she couldn't stand. I want to make it clear that this isn't about saying her hair is ugly. My daughter is beautiful no matter what. The issue is that it isn't what she asked or paid for. During the appointment, my daughter told the stylist she didn't like the direction it was going. I also asked the stylist to stop putting more color and product in her hair, but she continued anyway. To make matters worse, we paid a $75 deposit before the appointment. That deposit was supposed to be deducted from the final bill, but it wasn't. Instead, we paid $237 at the salon, and now they're trying to claim the service should have been $310 by adding the $75 deposit on top of the $237 already paid. That's not how deposits work. A deposit is supposed to be credited toward the final cost, not added to it after you've already paid. This isn't about trying to get something for free. We were fully prepared to pay the agreed price for the service my daughter requested. It's about paying hundreds of dollars for a result that doesn't resemble the inspiration photo, having our concerns ignored during the appointment, and then being charged in a way that doesn't match what we were quoted. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. You can compare the inspiration photo to the final result and decide whether they match.
