So I didn't want her to rush through any part of it. Let me tell ya, that's the way to go! And afterwards, I even tried the new vibroacoustic therapy table that used low frequency vibrations and sound to help your body reach a new level of relaxation. Kristen is the best! She even sent me home with a bottle of water and a bath bomb. I've had several massages over the years. This was the first time I immediately rebooked. I can't oversell this experience.

The reception staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My facial with Shanon was truly an hour of bliss. She included a face, scalp, and hand massage, along with a paraffin wax treatment, and all of the products smelled amazing while being incredibly gentle on my highly sensitive skin. I especially appreciated how she explained each step of the process along the way. I also tried a lash tint and lift, which was quicker and far less fuss than others I've had that tend to drag on and feel like a nuisance to get through. I will absolutely be back to Tranquility ASAP.

It's been so nice to go to the same person over a long period of time, because they learn your body's "normal" and can tell when things are off. It's also been such a great learning experience, because Courtney is so knowledgeable about the body and can tell me exactly why something feels off and what's happening in my body! I've always been a big fan of massages, but I used to go less frequently, and never see the same person. I never knew what to expect and what the massage therapist's "style" would be like. With Courtney, I always know that my experience will be exactly the way I love it to be - relaxing, calming, and healing. There's always such a great ambiance at Birch & Basli - great music, aromatherapy, comfy massage table, and a very cozy room and personal experience! She is one of the most professional, yet personable and relatable massage therapists I've ever met. Her technique is so highly skilled. I can't recommend her enough!
