I started working with Dr. Dan 2 years ago due to several recommendations from neighbors and friends. I had wasted so much money, but as my symptoms worsened, I decided to give Turack Chiropractic a try for nutrition and functional medicine. WOW, what a difference. Dr. Dan prescribed testing that revealed the ROOT of my GI distress, finally! He was able to pinpoint the supplements that would kill the specific strains of yeast/bacteria in my body and actually determined that probiotics were bad for me because my good bacteria were too high. Other alternative medicine doctors threw probiotics at me, which made my system worse! I should also note that Dr. Dan is significantly cheaper than any other doctor I've been to and while he recommends supplements, he lets you choose what you want to take and if you purchase them there or on your own (absolutely no pressure). Natural supplementing takes more time, but, paired with eating well after 1 1/2 years, I feel AMAZING! My energy level is high, I'm digesting food, my body slimmed down as a result, I sleep through the night, and my BMs are regular for the most part now WITHOUT supplements...I couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Dan's help and can live my life instead of being in constant distress! It's allowed me to get back to my workouts and play sports and enjoy them from how great I feel!
