I needed to get my hair touched up for my wedding and I was EXTREMELY nervous to use a new stylist to color my hair, I had a very short amount of time to get it done since I waited last minute... I took whoever had an appointment available and ended up with Angie. I cannot say enough great things about her; firstly, I talk to people on the phone ALL DAY for work so it was really refreshing that she was on the quieter side lol She moved quickly, and did exactly what I wanted. She wasn't pushy and was very receptive to my wants and needs. I ended up with a beautiful shade of natural looking beige blonde with blended highlights... NO STRIPES! The very highly rated stylist that did my updo in another state (destination wedding) also said, 'whoever did your hair did a great job.' I was honestly blown away but this small, hole in the wall salon. I wasn't expecting much giving it's run down looking location and exterior, but this place is truly beautiful on the inside. The service and staff were very friendly ! My brows looked amazing after the wax and for half the price of Ulta, I can't complain! They also offer a wider range of products as well as services. This was my first time here. Went in with a grown out copper balayage, wanted an updated balayage with a light brown balayage and a subtle money piece in my naturally dark brown hair. I left thinking it was an ok job based on curly finished look. However, when my hair was naturally straight the next day, i noticed so many problems with the "balayage". 1. My old copper color was still noticeable in the back of my head. So inside of a balayage look in the back, i look like i have a copper ombré. 2. Instead of looking like subtle and gradual transitions from my dark hair to caramel, it looks like the hairstylist drew a straight line of bleach. It looks like outgrown highlights throughout my hair. The color came out brass! 3. The money piece was not subtle at all. Like the outgrown highlight look above, the money piece is the only blonde visible from above. I feel like a teenager who experimented with blonde bangs for the first time. It's not a thin subtle money piece, it's a huge chunk of my front hair. It looks so off putting with my naturally dark hair. 4. The blonde that was bleached is not a light brown color. It's more of a yellow blonde, brass like color. It makes my hair look stringy and dead. Overall, Never again will i come back for balayage or modern hairstyles/ hair color. read more

I was thinking that I needed something drastic like a perm for my lackluster locks, but Laura talked me off the perm ledge and I came out with gorgeous "natural-but BETTER" color and an AMAZINGLY EXECUTED cut. I recently went to Prima Capelli with a bridal party to get our hair done for a wedding. I have thick curly/wavy hair (and most of the bridesmaids did too) and typically I do not like getting my hair done in a formal style because the hairstylist doesn't work well with natural curls. Cassie was my stylist and she did an AMAZING job. She listened to my suggestions and concerns and went above and beyond with my hair. I walked away with perfect hair. I loved it! Also, all the bridesmaids look great, so the other stylists did a fantastic job as well. On top of all this, we left earlier than we planned! On a wedding day, this fact was amazing. We actually had extra time on a schedule packed day to enjoy ourselves! Prima Capelli is by far one of the BEST salons in the Butler area for getting formal styles on a special day. read more

Sondra is excellent! System is friendly. The salon is very clean. Chairs are comfortable. Plenty of parking. The hours are very accommodating. Bonnie is a great massage therapist. Not so crazy about the nail services. One pedicure chair. Get your hair done here but go elsewhere for your nails. read more

Was beyond disappointed with a recent styling...though I was specific with what I wanted the end result was anything but that. The manicurist needed to address her own bitten and chipped nails...overcharged for incomeptence. Will not return to this salon. read more
