While I was waiting at the church, she texted me saying that the stylist had admitted that she did not know what she was doing, and had already reached out for help to two other stylists. The result was that my love arrived for our special day stressed, upset, and lacking the confidence boost we had hoped this simple styling would bring her to begin her most important day. Nobody at the salon offered her any apology or offer of discount, etc. I emailed the salon management with the story and received no reply, so that is why I am sharing it here as my only, feeble recourse.

Update: I went back in today to get the 21 day of beauty deal and this time I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and asked by multiple associates if I needed help. The Manager was again having side conversations ( this time about how bad she wanted a diet fountain drink) but everyone else was really accommodating.
