I even showed her 3 pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like. When she was done, she said to me "don't worry your hair will lighten in the sun." If I am paying that much money for my hair, I should not have to wait for it to lighten in the sun to achieve the look I was going for. The owner Liz refused to refund my money when I kindly pleaded with her that I was not happy and then she proceeded to yell at me when I stood my ground, saying "she would come after me if I said anything bad about her salon."
