Since starting my plan and making lifestyle changes, I've reduced my migraines by 90%. I have more energy and I feel so much better. I look forward to my visits with her. She genuinely cares and listens thoroughly - that's rare to find when most of the time I was used to being funneled in and out of doctors offices with little face to face time - the fact that she cares so much already helped me to feel positive about my future with the changes made. It's about getting to the root and it gives me peace of mind knowing that this is an approach that I can maintain and build upon.

She's…read morevery kind and perceptive, her office is beautiful and quiet and easy to get to (you can walk from the Potomac or Kelton T stops), and the treatment she's been giving me works. One detail I like, compared to other acupuncturists, is that while you're resting with the needles in she covers you with one of those first-aid blankets that look like super-fine tinfoil, so you stay warm but the blanket is super super light and places no pressure at all on the needles. Also, she does this amazing thing at the end where she covers your entire back with a hot compress soaked in Chinese herbal tea. You might as well be at the spa. What more can I say? Great stuff!

My experience with Tracie was highly unsatisfactory and I will never return. The first words I was…read moregreeted with were to tell me that I was doing something wrong and needed to stop immediately. That was certainly not the way to start a therapeutic relationship. Part of the information she wanted was for me to spit into a small device. I have an extremely dry mouth and was not able to spit enough to satisfy her. She seemed to take that as a personal affront. She repeatedly told me that she was just sharing her opinions with me but stridently advised me to have the same opinions if I were an educated person.
