I've been seeing Gabi for years for my facials, and thought it was about time to write this…read more This woman does witchcraft on my aging face. She's knowledgeable about the products she uses, and what applications the ingredients in them are for specially. Her touch is gentle and confident and she includes a massage element in each facial. The studio is pristine, and she takes hygiene very, VERY seriously. Which I love, and you should, too. She has a carefully crafted collection of natural and small batch retail products in her shop (in many cases are locally or female owned!!) which I've switched over to 100%, based on her recommendations for my combination skin, and my skin now looks better than it ever has in my life (I'm nearing 40). I see her for pristine brow shaping and tinting services as well, and am in love with the shape and color every single time - her work is consistent from one visit to the next and I never need to worry about walking out of her shop with a look I didn't anticipate. In short, Gabi remains at top of her field and you'll feel at the top of your game after a visit to Bespoke!

Ah, so I was extremely excited to go and check out Chrissie. I had gotten a fantastic deal on…read morehttp://www.lifebooker.com/referral/sleopold22 First, I have to say that I really liked that Chrissie had online booking. Its so convenient and easy. Due to a personal issue, my first appointment was cancelled. Chrissie sent out an email about it about two days ahead of time and said there would be a follow up email with reschedule times. I never received a follow up, however I had already had a second appointment scheduled because I had purchased 3 facials. When I arrived, it was a pretty standard facial set up. She had me fill out a form regarding my skin and daily regimen. While I was filling out the form, Chrissie kept asking me about my skin and regimen so I felt kind of rushed. I couldnt read, write and answer her back all at the same time. The facial itself wasnt really relaxing BUT I was totally willing to give up ambiance for fantastic looking skin. She was using lots of tools on my face, the lighting was really bright (even with eye pads), and her hands were extremely cold. I did have a lot of congestion on my chin so she really focused on that area. After, my skin definitely cleared up significantly so that was really good... So why only 2 stars? Well, when I got home, I noticed about an inch scratch on my cheek. I called Chrissie about it and took a photo and emailed it to her. She then stated that the scratch was there prior to the start of the facial. Now, I have never had anything like this happen to me. I get facials all of the time. I was appalled that she said that it was there at the start. Not to mention, if it was there at the start, dont you think she would have asked about it or taken extra care around the area?? Nothing was mentioned. I really did not like that...at all. She did refund my money because I was not comfortable going back to her after that. After about a week of neosporin, the scratch is almost gone. I had a bad experience and will not be going back.

I bought a lifebooker loot for facial. Chrissie seems very knowledgeable about the products she…read moreuses and give valuable advice. Pros.: 1. She explains what she does during facial as well as how each product works. 2. She didn't push to buy any of the products she uses, but explained which ingredients I should incorporate in my daily routine. 3. After the appointment she wrought down how my daily routine should look like, which I really appreciate, cause if u just say it, I am going to forget it in 5 minutes. Cons: I would like during facial to focus more on extractions to get all the congestion out, which I understand is hard to do in this business, where the time managment is very important. Overall, very good experience, I will come back!

Soo glad that I was referred to Q Spa! Before coming for my monthly facials, I was very insecure…read moreabout my skin because I had so many noticeable blackheads and huge pores. All of this had built up over the years and I never did anything about it (oily skin did not help at all). A little over a month ago, I came in for my first facial, the hydra-facial, done by Yufei. She walked me through the process of the facial and explained why she did what she did. She evaluated my skin and recommend how to change my skin care routine. After coming out, I noticed huge changes to my skin right away, smaller pores, more hydrated skin, etc. However, it was a long process of extractions before getting there. After opening my pores with the steamers and other things, she was able to see and extract things that I was not able to see. My face was very red after but it was WORTH IT! The redness and swelling in some areas went down after a few hours and by the next morning, my skin was soo much clearer I came back a month later for the Glow Facial which helped my skin even more! Slowly but surely Yufei is helping me achieve my dream skin! I definitely recommend coming here for your skin needs- Yufei and the rest of the staff are very nice and kind. They care about you and your skin needs!

I have sensitive skin and had had too many bad experiences with professionals and had given up and resorted to just tweezing. I finally decided to try again since I'm getting married in September and figured this was the time to literally put my best face forward. After lots of research I settled on Mr. Brows and booked a lamination/tint/wax. I showed up at my appointment not sure if I would actually go through with the lamination because I was nervous about how it would turn out. My brow hairs are very long but don't have a good shape and the hairs at the end grow straight down. The first thing Miguel said to me after I arrived was "ok so tell me what you're worried about". He spent time making sure that I was comfortable and would actually be a good candidate before going forward. The process was a breeze and this is also the first time I haven't broken out or gotten burned from a wax. As for the results? I don't know what witchcraft this is but I'm OBSESSED. I honestly did not think my eyebrows could ever have a shape like this and I've gotten so many compliments. I was worried that they would come out too bushy or huge but the great thing about the lamination is that after it sets you can style them to your liking. I've already booked another appointment for before my wedding so that things will be in tip top shape and I'm so excited. This is the only place I will trust with my brows.
