Although, their schedule was extremely busy and there was no availability to book online. She accommodated my schedule and got me in. My experience from the moment I walked in was exceptional. This was not just a casual appointment. I specifically scheduled it for the day before surgery because my doctor required me to have the waxing done beforehand. On top of that, it's a holiday weekend, and I drove an HOUR in holiday traffic to get here--only to arrive and find that no one showed up for my confirmed appointment. No phone call. No text. No cancellation. Nothing. If a business allows customers to book appointments online and then sends multiple confirmations, the customer should reasonably expect someone to actually be there. Now I've wasted two hours of driving, have surgery tomorrow, and am left scrambling at the last minute to find someone else who can accommodate me on a holiday weekend. Completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend relying on this business for anything time-sensitive or important.
