Best Facial and best brow and lip waxing!! It is better than the typical waxing with the strips as it doesn't tear at your skin and is more gentle! Won't go back to strip waxing ever again! Andrea knows what she is doing when it comes to skin care and waxing! I will travel the 40 minutes to get the treatment I get from this spa as no other around can give me the eyebrows I want but them!! I've always had an amazing time when I go here. Usually go here for waxing. I'm so happy I found them because I am VERY picky about my personal care parlors. And they do everything the way I want it. Erica is my girl here. Go to her for waxing. Her technique is the best out of everyone's. I don't know what she does but it doesn't hurt as much. FYI for all first timers or regulars who don't know, you can park in the parking lot at Andrea's. Don't try to find street parking. Since they are tenants of that little community, you are their guest and can park there. The newer line of products they have are pretty good. Been going to them for almost a year now. read more

When you pay $27 (!!!) for an eyebrow/ lip wax you expect it to be flawless. And mine wasn't. They did fit me in last minute and Nancy was social and seemed to be interested in gaining me as a customer. It was a slight turn off that she was talking about the other employees to the secretary in front of me and bad mouthing how the other customers were going over their appointment times. She also left wax on me. I really, really wanted to Andrea's to be so much more and left disappointed and a bit ripped off. read more

I went here today not only for the first time but also for a Brazilian! Andrea was really wonderful and warm right from the start. Like any other person I was terrified getting a Brazilian for the first time. Turns out it wasn't to bad at all! But Andrea was patient with me when it came to testing out my pain tolerance.. I ended up getting my eyebrows done too at the end of it. I will DEFINITELY be coming back for a wax and facial in the future. read more

Absolutely horrible. My esthetician was in the room with me for a total of 10 minutes during a one hour facial and left the room twice to work on other appointments. I was left alone in the room for 50 minutes and the appointment ran over making me late for engagements seeing as how she was working on other clients. Very unprofessional, I paid $85 for about $10 worth of service, I will never be going here again. read more

This review is for an eyebrow wax with Andrea. She is truly amazing- 10 stars!!! I would seriously call her one in a million. I went in to her with patchy crazy eyebrows (I recently moved from D.C. and haven't been able to find anyone good to do them- only people who totally butchered them!) and I left with impeccable eyebrows. I seriously don't have a clue how she made them look so amazing with what I gave her to work with. She is a true artist and I am very picky...VERY picky. I'm not the type to review places on yelp but this place needs to be reviewed. I went here a while back for a Brazilian and eye brow wax and everything went smoothly. However, now, the aestheticians are all new and have absolutely no idea what they are doing. The woman I had (Nancy, I think) picked away at the hard wax in tiny little pieces making the entire process excruciating - it was like she was picking small scabs off my body. At the end of the wax I had to point out huge patches of hair that she missed, and of course I found many more at home. On top of that the wax starts at a base of 65$ and goes up according to hair length/thickness. They added an extra 10$ for me, a person wasn't even sure my hair was long enough to get waxed. HUGE SCAM. The eye brow wax was hardly a wax at all, no shaping or trimming just waxed around the outsides. Extremely disappointed. Will never go back again. read more
