I had also disliked how deep my tear troughs have always been. since i was little its like i looked like i had been working 16 hours a day! I did research though google and instagram and ended up loving Kelly's work. I DMed on IG asking some questions in which she answered thoughtfully. I felt comfortable going to her for my first visit. Scheduling was wonderful and easy. The front staff was wonderful, Maya was very kind! Upon first seeing Kelly she went through by medical hx in detail to make sure i had no contradicting conditions/meds that would interfere with what i wanted. She explained botox vs my severity of TMJ and her recommendations of how much she felt would be helpful on a first time visit. As well her suggestions on my underage filler to achieve the desired look I wanted. I had initially thought just filling the tear trough would improve my undereye (which it did) BUT, to get the look i ACTUALLY wanted she explained how medial cheek and mini cheek lift would get the look i pictured in my head. Like she read my mind! She understood my description perfectly and made it come to life. The process was painless. She used a numbing cream on injection sites. It was quick and over before I knew it. She asked how i was doing through the entire process. Educated me on post care and possibility of bruising or swelling. Fortunately for me i only had 1 teeny bruise under my eye at a injection site that went away in 2days. Its been over a week since my visit. In that time Kelly has reached out a few times to check on how I've been doing, and i really appreciate that. I feel its amazing personal attention/care and it honestly couldn't be beat! I couldn't be happier. Im still shocked how i didn't do this earlier. I work nights, 14 hours 3 days in a row and I look v tired after the week is over. I don't look tired anymore!! I look awake, and fresh. Glowy even. As for my TMJ, its too early to tell. Kelly said 6-8 weeks i should feel a difference. I love Kelly, she is knowledgeable, comforting, fun, understanding / helpful and gave me all the information and more that i needed. The facility is clean, and the people are inviting. I went at the tail end of June to get an appointment before going on vacation on July 13. I thought I had enough time. When trying to make an appointment I was told that each tech/hairdresser oversees making their own appointment...? Ok, that wasn't my experience with Anjoli from Amherst, but hey who am I to tell them how to run their business? One nail tech was consulted, and she said she was booked until the 16th of July, but the girl at the desk took my number saying that the other tech would be given it so she could call me and make an appointment. I said thank you and I left. I waited, one week, two weeks, I went on vacation, when I returned, I called and left a message. No response. Four weeks later and still, I wasn't called. I private messaged them on Facebook and got a quick response with effusive apologies, "it's not a normal practice, we adore our clients, sorry that this slipped through the cracks". I gave my number again and waited a few more days and still no callback. I finally went into Blush again, stated my complaint and requested a refund. Which was denied, because that is not their practice, however, my number was taken again so that the owner could call me. Five minutes after leaving Blush, I received a call. It was from a nail tech. She had an opening that Friday and was able to finally accommodate me. As pedicures go, Ty did a very nice job. It was a relaxing experience. I enjoyed being in a pleasant room having my feet and legs massaged. I cannot find fault in the treatment. As a business, however, I think they need to come up with a better system in order to ensure that potential customers do not "fall through the cracks". Will I return to Blush? Probably not, as a potential new customer, I didn't feel valued, plus I have better things to do with my time than to wait 5 weeks for someone to call me to make an appointment.

What's worse is the admin staff can't contact you in time to let you know that your appointment is cancelled and you show up and waste an hour of your day. On top of that, they don't seem to care. Not sure when it happened but empathy for the patient no longer exists. For all they know I am there for my cancer screening and this is a very tough day for me. Instead of showing any compassion, they immediately get defensive and try to tell me that they were unable to reach me to notify me of the change. How about hey we lost a doctor but we know this appointment means a lot to you so we have another one for you to see. I went home and checked my email and I have 12 emails from them over the last 7 months trying to get me to buy stuff. Not one email about my appointment change and that is selected in my preferences. Zero accountability...Take your business elsewhere, there has to be a place that actually cares about their patients.
