I am a General Contractor who has done business with many suppliers from the big box stores down to…read morethe little mom and pop shops. I needed something custom built for a particular job and no supplier was able to provide it. After much searching I was excited to find DW Ross was able to provide it. They promised a 4-6 week delivery time. It ended up taking 4 months to get the full final product. Not cool at all. How do I explain that to my customer? At first he delivered a partial product not completed. The product was an OK quality. Not the worst work I have seen by definitely nothing to write home over. When the rest of the product came he made me come to his shop to pick it up instead of delivering it as promised. And then it was the wrong size. And then made me bring it back to his shop to drop it off. Then he had to reorder the correct size, and I had to go back to his shop to pick it back up. Once again delivery was agreed upon. And delivery of the fully completed product all at once. Once all this running around was said and done 4 months had gone by. Not even an "I'm sorry". I won't be returning to DW Ross for anything.

He made it a point to properly prepare the area prior to spraying the foam. We had multiple contractors come out and Garrett's price and quality far exceeded the others. Well that doesn't work for a century home. I asked them to leave as I wanted to maintain the integrity of the porter rooms tile (which you can no longer find, so I'm sure they were so happy to fix it; I've been able to make it look quite nice and original). If I could give zero stars I would. I am kicking myself that I didn't look up reviews before using…read morethis company. Our experience with them from top to bottom was beyond poor. Had the consultation they came out to see our home told us the process for removing the siding to add insulation. However, when the crew came out, we were told they could not remove the siding on the front of our house and they would have to drill through the interior walls. Now I'm left with spackled holes every few inches in several rooms of my home that I am left to sand and paint. I'm sure I won't be able to fix the walls so that you cannot see the holes. They also told us when they came out that they could not do the spray foam insulation. We were quoted in part of our downstairs home so they had to blow in other insulation instead. The outside caulking that they did around the windows is beyond sloppy and totally unacceptable! Long story short, I have way more time and expense on my hands as a result of this company coming out to do a job than before. Save your money and search for a competent, reputable company!

We had 3 companies address our…read moreroof leak - 1 wanted to replace the entire roof that has at least 5-10 years left, a chimney repair company said the chimney and flashing look great but they can seal the brick just in case, the third company, Ohio Roofing, was the only company that took time to address the leak and look in the attic where the leak was coming from. Their crew found numerous problems that were never addressed in the past and did a thorough roof/chimney repair to resolve the leaking roof.
