I started giving her my details like name, address, phone etc. she asked me for my email and this is where it gets weird!!!!! I said and I quote "I'd rather not give you my email if that's ok" and then she started becoming EXTREMELY RUDE. Telling me to just give me my email address "so I can do my job". Excuse me??? Who do you think you are, Cheryl?? Get a new woman to speak to customers because this one is costing you customers. I immediately canceled the quote because if she acts like this NOW, imagine how bad she will be later. Go back and listen to the call if it's recorded.

I had decided to use ABC based on reviews, being new to the area. My brother sells insulation in my previous home state, and he said the quote was in line with his, so "The Price is Right". I cleaned out the attic and spent considerable time sealing leaks in the fragile attic AC ductwork. The insulating crew were very careful not to disturb them, much to my relief. I installed an insulated flooring pathway to the attic air conditioner, and that was left clear for access as requested. I immediately noticed a difference in how often the AC needed to run, and how long. Steve and his crew were a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am kicking myself that I didn't look up reviews before using…read morethis company. Our experience with them from top to bottom was beyond poor. Had the consultation they came out to see our home told us the process for removing the siding to add insulation. However, when the crew came out, we were told they could not remove the siding on the front of our house and they would have to drill through the interior walls. Now I'm left with spackled holes every few inches in several rooms of my home that I am left to sand and paint. I'm sure I won't be able to fix the walls so that you cannot see the holes. They also told us when they came out that they could not do the spray foam insulation. We were quoted in part of our downstairs home so they had to blow in other insulation instead. The outside caulking that they did around the windows is beyond sloppy and totally unacceptable! Long story short, I have way more time and expense on my hands as a result of this company coming out to do a job than before. Save your money and search for a competent, reputable company!

Poor workmanship is promised to be fixed, but not communicated to the worker. The worker sees no issue with his poor quality job, and tries to make you feel bad about not being satisfied with bad quality, expensive, work. We've requested a different crew for months, and it's just being ignored at the end of the day. Lots of hollow promises with little to no follow through. We wish we had hired elsewhere, even if it meant paying more!

I hired this company in 2020 to add an extension on the back of my house the sales man talked a…read moregood game but the quality of work is horrible. during the process I kept telling the salesman and owner Pat of my concerns but they just told me it would all be great when completed. i had to call several times after completion because when it rained it would rain in my house through the door and windows they put in. they had someone come out finally and he said the gutter system was installed incorrectly and he did something to repitch it. they didn't solve the problem and Pat stopped returning my calls. I have since had to replace the sliding glass door and windows with Window Nation and now my roof is leaking. I will need to replace that too. Be very wary of this company. I have pictures too!
