If I could give zero stars I would. I am kicking myself that I didn't look up reviews before using…read morethis company. Our experience with them from top to bottom was beyond poor. Had the consultation they came out to see our home told us the process for removing the siding to add insulation. However, when the crew came out, we were told they could not remove the siding on the front of our house and they would have to drill through the interior walls. Now I'm left with spackled holes every few inches in several rooms of my home that I am left to sand and paint. I'm sure I won't be able to fix the walls so that you cannot see the holes. They also told us when they came out that they could not do the spray foam insulation. We were quoted in part of our downstairs home so they had to blow in other insulation instead. The outside caulking that they did around the windows is beyond sloppy and totally unacceptable! Long story short, I have way more time and expense on my hands as a result of this company coming out to do a job than before. Save your money and search for a competent, reputable company!

I was highly impressed with her knowledge and the time she spent explaining everything. The company offers a great product at a great price. Unfortunately, we had to put our project on hold but definitely recommend Airlock Insulation!

Called to get a quote. woman named Cheryl called me, I answered, I could hear her TV blaring loudly…read morein the background. She said she'd call me back. 15 minutes later she called back. I proceeded to tell her about my house and what I was look'ing for. Insulation, air seal, the whole 9. I started giving her my details like name, address, phone etc. she asked me for my email and this is where it gets weird!!!!! I said and I quote "I'd rather not give you my email if that's ok" and then she started becoming EXTREMELY RUDE. Telling me to just give me my email address "so I can do my job". Excuse me??? Who do you think you are, Cheryl?? Get a new woman to speak to customers because this one is costing you customers. I immediately canceled the quote because if she acts like this NOW, imagine how bad she will be later. Go back and listen to the call if it's recorded.
