I then called the cruise line who informed me that Cruise Outlet reserved a different cabin in my name. So I called Cruise Outlet to rectify the problem and it took days for them to do it. One time I had to cancel a reservation due to a health issue and Cruise Outlet wouldn't cancel it for me until I sent them a $200 cancellation fee. Long after I sent them the check, which had cleared, I noticed that my reservation was still showing as active on cruise line's website. So I called the cruise line, and they told me Cruise Outlet never cancelled it. Since by this time it was getting very close to the cruise line's penalty period, the cruise line put me on hold while they called Cruise Outlet to cancel it my behalf. So the cruise line went out of their way to resolve a problem created by Cruise Outlet. When Cruise Outlet didn't give me a discount for my rewards program with cruise line, I asked why. They responded that they don't give discounts for cruise line rewards programs because their prices are discounted. However, the discount from Cruise Outlet was less than if I booked directly with cruise line.

For the first time in years, the quantity of inventory surpassed my expectations. Unfortunately,…read morethe quality was not up to par pre-Covid. Much of the merchandise looked like it was 4 to 10 years old mixed in with one or two small displays of new merchandise. The store was very crowded, and it was difficult to navigate the aisles. It was apparent that there wasn't enough staff to merchandise the displays appropriately. There seems to be a good selection of sizes, but nothing really looked like you couldn't live without it. I know there are supply chain issues, but Marshalls used to be my go to place for items that were marked down because it was just off-season. I do hope the buyers if they are experienced, will resume finding quality at a bargain price.

But Yesterday 05/01/2019 at 7:15pm I drove from teaching a class in Bridgeport ( I should of went to a Gap up there but this one was close to home) and needed two dresses for my daughter for a fashion show and her first time at the theater. She was super excited because the sign said "Dresses for spring and everything". I was excited because I had to use the bathroom so bad. I could not even focus, my little one went to the dresses I danced to the clerk and asked for the bathroom while doing the familiar pee-pee dance. By the time I got to the bathroom door my pants were half-staff. Lo and Behold a sign read out of service. I had to sit on the floor to ensure there would be no clean up. I stood up and said to the lady " this bathroom is out of order can I use yours" she said "let me ask the manager." The manager said "NO". I danced passed the manager telling me to try a different store and my little asking if we are coming back. I am a customer and a card holder, I have made a choice to spend my hard earned money at the Gap and costumer service means a lot to me. Proper customer service sends a message that a company appreciate the choice I have made in using my spending dollars at their establishment. I will not be back, to many other places sells little girl dresses.

Love gap but had an awful experience recently. Bought a skirt online to reserve in the store…read more First walk in, there's an employee and her whole family crowding the door....I thought the place was closed because of how they were standing. When I get to the counter, I learn it's a child's that I have reserved, opposed to an adult skirt. Even though it wasn't displayed on the website, I figured no big deal, I probably missed it. So I asked the cashier "do you have anything similar for adults?" "Oh, no. We don't get skirts for adults." Like what? Adults can't wear skirts anymore? I proceeded to try to return some things that I have bought previously at that gap store and was told I could not because they need to go to the GAP FACTORY. So I left the store, got nothing accomplished and was confused. Might go back to a gap store, but DEFINITELY not that one.

I sent her a…read moredozen of the chocolate chip cookies and asked for the packaging to be for her college Butler University. The packaging, cookies, delivery, everything was exceptional! My daughter was pleasantly surprised! What i appreciate is the ingredients! These cookies aren't loaded with garbage but are still yummy! (I also had a fudge stuffed cupcake from them, absolutely the best!) I used Moon Rocks a 2nd time after that (& more) and sent a huge order of individually wrapped cookies to my daughters sorority, with their logo imprinted on their individual wrappers, and the whole house enjoyed the treats. These cookies arrive fresh and well packaged! Send a loved one, client or business partner a tasty sweet treat!
