Webb's RV Center-- It is very disappointing having to write this review because everyone at The Shop, Inc. has been professional and responsive. Ryan, the service manager of The Shop, Inc., is fantastic. This review has to do with Frankie, the owner of The Shop, Inc.'s inability to accept that he made a mistake diagnosing a vehicle, causing further damage. We bought a 2020 Hyundai Kona at auction with known engine problems. We called The Shop, Inc. because the vehicle had a rattling noise when the motor started. When we drove the vehicle to the shop, we explicitly told Frankie to do whatever it takes to fix the vehicle. Once we brought him the vehicle, he proceeded to diagnose it, saying it needed a timing chain. It did not; it needed a motor. This is where the problem starts with Frankie. We were asked to go to The Shop, Inc. to inspect the vehicle after Frankie claimed the work was done and the bill was due. Upon inspecting the vehicle after the timing chain was installed and being charged over $3,000.00 worth of parts and labor, the vehicle was started to test the motor. Upon starting the vehicle, it was apparent the rattling noise was still occurring. To document this, a phone recording was started to record the noise of the motor. Within four seconds, the vehicle was heard misfiring and then the motor proceeded to blow altogether. When we brought our concern to Frankie, he made a comment saying, "Do you want me to work for free?", and would not budge at all on the bill. We brought him a running vehicle and he left it for us to pick up with a tow truck, along with the existing problem still at hand: the vehicle needs a new motor. It is very disappointing that after sending him other jobs and referring multiple people each week to his shop from our dealership, this is how we are treated. More than likely, Frankie will respond back to this review, and he will say his scan tool had code # P0017. He will say the timing chain was loose and even go as far to say that his work didn't cause the motor to blow. What he will not do is admit that he was explicitly told to put a motor in the vehicle if it needed one. We wasted more than just $3,000.00 in parts and labor; we wasted our time in putting trust in Frankie and The Shop, Inc. by bringing him the vehicle in the first place. Ultimately, Frankie should have dug deeper into the vehicle, more than just reading off his scan tool. Webb's RV Center would have paid a steep diagnostic fee if that's what it would have taken to figure out what was truly wrong with the vehicle, like I told him preemptively. So no, Frankie I do not want you to work for free, as you asked me before. I want you to understand that we put trust in you and your team to fix a vehicle. When the work you completed did not fix the vehicle, and in fact made it 10x worse, you REFUSED to do anything. We paid the bill, and we were respectful to you during all of this. They are nice folks who run the place but doesnt answer in a timely fashion.............................

You never think it will happen to you...well it did. I dropped my truck off for engine work on May 19th. Finally done on June 22nd. Job was quoted at 1,500-1,660 and bill came out to $1,774.86. I paid the bill and went out and saw damage to my fender between door and fender. I went inside and brought the guy out to show him. I tried opening my door and it would only open maybe a foot. We discussed the door and he said he was going to pull it right in and fix it. I left angry obviously. I got a call from a different guy named Frank a few days later that said it was like that when I dropped it off and they wouldn't go good for it. The truck was parked directly in front of his building. I told him to pull camera footage and watch me open the door up, exit the truck and shut the door. There was no damage when I left it. Continued to say they didn't do anything to it. Even more mad now. I picked the truck up and on the way home the low oil pressure light came on and had to get it towed. It is now in a different shop getting their screw ups fixed. NEVER had service like this before! This place is an absolute disgrace, with a very dishonest owner. BEWARE!!!!! read more

I was referred here by another reputable garage, and was both happy and indifferent about my experience! The staff was amazingly friendly, very attentive and will readily call you about anything they recommend. On top of this, they take digital pictures of what they are about to fix, and will readily show you, so you know they are truthful! That was a refreshing change from most places, especially if you do not know the garage! Now, I had tie rod, brakes, exhaust, oil service and radiator changed as well as an alignment! The price for the work appeared high to me, but I also had ALOT of work done, so it seemed okay! However, they will warranty work, but the day after I left, headed across country my car started leaking coolant! Had to get it repaired, thankfully simple, a split expansion tank hose! I'm not sure why the Shop didn't clip that and install it in the first place with a fresh cut Also, my new exhaust started leaking very loudly 5 days later, 2500 miles away! Took that to the garage and it turns out an old exhaust gasket was put back on with the new exhaust, hence my leak! New garage quickly put a new gasket in, all set ever since! Overall, brakes real good, tie rod, alignment, all great! But I did knock off 2 stars for the 2 small things, which cost me a bit more time and money! So, I just returned to Arizona from a long cross country trip and really wanted to give them a five star review. They really helped me out as my aftermarket fuel pump died and left my wife and I stranded a long way from home. They were able to help us as an emergency repair right before the Fourth of July. They did a great job installing the new fuel pump so what's the problem? I have a highly modified diesel pickup and just downloaded my data logger. What I don't appreciate and is totally unacceptable is how they abused my truck during the "test drive"! My data logger clearly show that while my truck was in their possession they ran my truck to the redline, pushed my turbo boost past 80psi and overheated my exhaust gas temperature past 1400 degrees. Also, inferring from the data logger they did "boosted" launched and burnouts based on the truck speed vs wheel speed and turbo boost . I am glad I installed my "mild" Engine control module for cross country driving and hopefully there are no long term effects from their abuse. Also, I asked for the old fuel pump and extra installation parts and was told they weren't a box in the back of my truck. The old fuel pump was but not the unused installation parts like the fuel fittings, hoses and such. Don't trust them with a performance vehicle. read more

I must say, they are not kidding about using quality parts on your vehicle. I just had Frankie replace my tires, timing belt, water pump, and other necessary parts needed for him to inspect my vehicle. I am so pleased with the service I received and the way my vehicle now operates. I feel safe in it again. Not only was the pricing and labor reasonable, he picked my vehicle up and delivered it back to me so I could continue working. After putting on new tires he took it and got it aligned for me, what better service could one ask for. So I must give this business a 5 star rating!! Sincerely, Linda Stewart read more
