While I still find $9 for a basic wash and vacuum acceptable, I do not find the quality of their vacuum cleaners worth the price increase. They give you free popcorn and sometimes other freebies. That's cool, but I'd rather them spend extra money repairing the vacuum cleaners since the most important reason for me coming was a clean car. I do not find $9 acceptable if I cannot vacuum the inside of my car. When I call to let someone know, no one answers.

Our truck was honestly in pretty rough shape and definitely needed some TLC. They hand-washed and detailed it, and when we picked it up, it looked almost brand new, like it was showroom-ready! They even cleaned the bed of the truck, which was filthy. I thought the price was very reasonable considering how dirty the truck was and how much work they put into it. The best part is that we got some rain afterward, and the truck was STILL shiny and looking good! It's definitely an easy place to drive right past, but don't! It's absolutely worth a visit. We're really happy with how our truck turned out and will definitely be back!

The front end was absolutely covered in bugs, and I figured there would either be some left behind or I'd have to pay extra to get them removed. Nope! They took care of every last one at no additional charge. Beyond the great wash itself, the customer service really stood out. Everyone was genuinely friendly, professional, and welcoming. They worked quickly without rushing the job, and the attention to detail was obvious. My Subaru looked fantastic when they were finished. If you're in the Ocean Springs area and want a car wash that combines quality work with exceptional customer service, Classy Chassis is an easy recommendation. If I lived nearby, this would absolutely be my go-to spot.

Receptionist (Haley) took my number and called me at 5:32 pm to tell me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I arrived and looked at my car to find that it's smudges and my windows are dirty. The worker who washed my car ran over to my vehicle and said I see it, I got. like why didn't you get it or have it when you were suppose to wash it. Spoke with the (Haley) receptionist and asked her to call the manager. She looked like a deer in headlights and said let me find him, which took 15 mins. She came back and said he's driving a car through the wash and he'll be in soon. He (Ernest) waited until I went outside to speak with the guy who was spraying some solution on a towel and smearing my car more than it was. They call for Gabriel and he stated that it can be re-washed on a different day. Like who has time to keep running back and forward for a service that was paid for but wasn't completed proper.
