The red light appeared briefly but never came back on. For a brief moment, my car was sprayed with soap, and that was it! I tried moving my car back and forward trying to get it to work, to no avail. There was no attendant there, so I tried calling the number posted on the Internet, which was disconnected. The business next door said the number had been changed, but he didn't know it. He suggested I wait to see if the attendant returns soon in his black truck. I waited 15-20 minutes and no luck. My car was really a mess now since it had been briefly sprayed with soapy water. Since I have no way of contacting them, I will have to dispute my $10 credit card payment. Additionally, had to go home and wash my car myself. Very irritating!!!

I tried to contact the Carwash but the number for the website of 228-474-4003 was not in service I'll attach a picture of minimal foaming agent machine used. Normally your car is heavily covered and the foam is multi colored. I would not recommend using the machine wash here.... and I'm screwed on a refund since no way to contact them.

While I still find $9 for a basic wash and vacuum acceptable, I do not find the quality of their vacuum cleaners worth the price increase. They give you free popcorn and sometimes other freebies. That's cool, but I'd rather them spend extra money repairing the vacuum cleaners since the most important reason for me coming was a clean car. I do not find $9 acceptable if I cannot vacuum the inside of my car. When I call to let someone know, no one answers.

Once we were told 'We were doing it wrong' we figured out how to get in line, However, we got stuck behind an Unlimited Membership Driver who couldn't get her sticker to work. She came back and said he's driving a car through the wash and he'll be in soon. He (Ernest) waited until I went outside to speak with the guy who was spraying some solution on a towel and smearing my car more than it was. The two young men that came out could not have cared less about whether or not my truck came out clean. One half heartedly pre sprayed 1/2 of my windshield, the other stood and watched. Needless to say most the bugs were still on my truck when I got to my family's home on the beach. Total waste of time and money. Next day went to the Tidal Wave wash on Hwy 90, and completely different mindset. Very friendly workers, and they visualized the bugs on my truck and manually scrubbed them before I went through the wash (which in itself was way more thorough). Needless to say I won't be back to Shineline.
