I told the girl it was my front left tire so she had to actually point at it and asked me if that was the right one then told me that I have to wait another week to get my tire patched because the only person there that knows how to do this won't be back until Monday of next week. Unbelievable service sucks knowledge among the employee seems to be minimal at best.

After being guided into the bay, the guys got me entered into the system and began my oil change. I got the Mobil 1 high mileage oil. All of the workers communicated amongst each other and seemed to work really well together. They checked over my air filter, tire pressure, and wipers as well. I chose not to change my air filter or wipers. At the conclusion of my service, I showed my military ID and got a military discount I paid and was then guided out of the bay. I'll definitely return here for future oil changes.

In my opinion, this car wash is the best in Biloxi. Checking in and paying is automatic just like…read moremost other places. Where is one stands out is before you enter the wash, two humans actually scrub the front end of your car including windshield and the rear windshield area. The actual washing sequence removes debris better than any other automatic wash I have seen. Once complete, the free vacuums have hoses long enough to stretch the entire length of the car (2 hoses per car). Also available is an air chuck to fill up tires, windshield cleaner, and air detail hose are all clearly marked for use. Our experience here was good. Hopefully you will enjoy the quality as we did.
