Easily spotted from the road it's located between marathon/motel 6 and the Chateu bayou. I came on fairly slow day, I was able to get right in. They do not have a list of services prior to pulling up to the greeter, Basically have to entrust that they don't try to sell you the largest or most expensive service. I had to ask what other options aside from the $59.99 "handwax special" they had. I went with the $39.99 which was without the hand was which had all the same services. I did add leather protection for my seats for an additional $12.99. luckily they do offer a MILITARY DISCOUNT. So it did come out to a reasonable $45.24 for the exterior wash, vacuum, full interior wipe down and polish. Covered the tires as well full clean and dress. I appreciate the work they did, hand dried the entire car and door jams included. The detail team did an excellent job! The waiting area offers various vending machines for beverages and snacks. Also offer various car fragrances and small accessories. They do offer coffee free of charge while you wait for your car. A limited of inside and outside seating. I will be coming back. read more

This place is horrible! I took my not that dirty car here for an expensive detail and in no way did I feel like the service that I spent almost $300 for was even worth the $40 job that they offer that I have purchased in the past. I'm also not expecting them to pay a bit of attention to this bad review seeing that they couldn't even respond to my email sent directly to them. Poorly managed poor quality and problem resolution is non existent. I'd be more that happy to modify this review if someone cares to contact me. They do a good job cleaning your car, which is the business after all. However, manager, two things: 1) You need to figure out a way to speed the process up while still maintaining your quality standards. It is very slow. After all, you will make more money if you do. 2) Teach your staff how to estimate wait times. Everyone waits at a car wash so this should be part of the training. I have been very impressed with the Ocean Springs location. I had my mother's car serviced 2003 Nissan Altima in great shape and looked brand new. I decided to give my 2003 Dodge Ram a top to bottom, inside out full service for $191 and it was well worth it. They spent 3 hours making my truck look brand new. The truck just as good as it was when I bought the vehicle brand new in 2003! Charlie Wall did a fantastic job and stood by his promise to make me happy or bring the vehicle back! I should be good to go -- remember if you request a complete detail to include your headlights inside to be cleaned, waxed, armor all, and shampooed expect a lengthy time and find something to do to keep your time occupied. I've been using Classy Chassis in Ocean Springs for 17 years. I have my primary car washed there about 1-2 times a month plus my jeep about once a month. I've stood and watched the cars enter the cleaning tunnel and honestly over 90% of them are quickly scrubbed with the brush and a soap bucket they keep at the tunnel entrance because the tunnel does not do a good job cleaning by itself. Today, I went to have my car cleaned, with it being white and all the rain and interstate miles that I drive daily for work, my car was dirty. Certainly no grease/tar on my car but there was plenty of wet road dirt. The service writer Ethan knows me and said "yea I know you want the Managers Special, but I'll loose money on that because it'll take me a long time to clean your car and what you really need is the Classic Wash, ($10 more). Now I've been approached countless times with the service writer trying their best to up-sale and increase the cost, but as always I kindly refuse and repeated myself. I'll take the Managers Special. Ethan told me with the classic wash, they would hand wash it before the tunnel to make sure it gets clean. I told Ethan I thought this was a car wash, that I pay for their service and they wash my car and when finished, it was supposed to be clean. Apparently this isn't the case anymore at Ocean Springs Classy Chassis. The service writer Ethan actually refused to enter my ticket and said "let me get the Manager, he will tell you that you need a classic wash". Now I'm aggravated and told Ethan I've been coming 17 years getting my car cleaned at Ocean Springs classy chassis and today will be my last day/time they wash my car. Ethan actually got the Manager and the Manager Joe told me that my car was kind of dirty but they will wash it today with a Managers Special, but not again if it's dirty, it will need to be a classic wash. I guess I should have washed my car, before the car wash, so Classy Chassis could wash my car? This just does not make any sense to me. Joe told me that they would have to hand wash it before the tunnel. I guess the tunnel is there just for looks if they have to physically wash almost every car before. OMG, my car was not destroyed and had road dirt from rain on it and it's white and I drive hundreds of miles a week on the interstate for work. I was told that they would have to spend 1.5 hours to wash my car and it would need to be hand washed before going into the tunnel, mind you they wash over 90% of the cars by hand with a brush before entering the tunnel. The inside of my car is kept exceptionally clean and almost did not require anything other than a quick vacuum. My car was finished in 20 minutes as I watched them brush/hand wash almost every car entering the tunnel - I actually asked a few of the customers if they purchased the classic, not 1 of the customers did. I had one of their customers tell me they too were harassed by Ethan trying to up-sale a more expensive car wash. I've sat back and did a quick calculation on what I've spent at classy chassis over the last 17 years, It's only $15,300 plus I always tipped a minimum of $20-$30 each vehicle each time, not a lot but they made it clear today, they do want my money anymore, well that is unless I agree to their strong arm up-sales tactics. My car will never drive onto the property of Ocean Springs Classy Chassis again. I stopped on my way home and spent $75 on brushes, sponges, soap, armorial tire cleaner & leather cleaner. This facility has taken a dramatic dive into the dumper. They are unfamiliar with newer cars and their unique features. Best guess is not the answer. Simply ask the owner before pushing all visible switches and knobs! Took me 15 minutes to undo whatever they tried just to get my car ouuta the lineup. Wash was streaked and poorly done. Left grime and tree pollen on the surface. Wipe down was done with a filthy rag and same stinky rag used on the interior surfaces. (Free(?) odor patch tho!) Windows inside and out poorly wiped and made worse than when I came in. Outside mirrors never cleaned. This cost me 42 bucks. A few bucks short of a full detail at my neighborhood shop. Great job on detailing my Car, However, my Disabled Parking plaquared is missing! It was on the Dashboard! I didn't realize it until I got home. I called and was told that I would be called back, didn't happen! I called back an hour later I was told that the General Manager would be contact me yesterday.. That didn't happen. First thing this morning was told the Manager was busy..so to cut tk the chase.. After waiting all day I called back only to be told that I could come by tk have them check my car for it.. This place is probably about average for what your money can get you. The staff are friendly but it would seem that some aren't very efficient. I was told it takes 2 hours to do a detail. 3 and a half hours later I'm still here and there's more to do. The manager was nice enough to explain that there were some stains they worked on longer than usual to try to get out. And if anything I'd rather they do a good job than a rushed one. Today I was at the Ocean Springs location and I watched as this young boy struggled to get my car on track. Then the cashier. This little girl was damn near rude! I get in my car and they didn't even take the time to put my floor mats in properly and it smells like an old damp wash cloth inside. Time to find someone else to care for my cars. I have 4 cars, all of which could use a good wash most of the time. I've brought each of them to your Ocean Springs location a couple of times . . . . before I just gave up on you all together. My problem is with the interior detailing - They 'clean' my windshield with the same cloths they wipe the Armor All off the dashboards of the other cars before me and if you've ever tried getting Armor All off your interior glass, you'll know it's something you never want to have to do again! I've tried telling them when I leave my car, "Please, please don't touch the interior glass" but then my instructions never seem to make it to the person who does the interiors after the wash is done. I've spoken to several other customers who relate the same experience, so obviously I'm not the only one. I don't like washing my own cars, but bringing them to you certainly isn't an option read more

Decent wash for 35.00. Keep in mind they do it quickly, so you get what you pay for. They took off my antenna and lost it, or kept it. I called the idiot regional manager, and he acted like I was trying to get something for free even though the employees knew of the situation. He said he would find out what's going on and call me back....he never called. I like the front desk girl, she should be manager, much smarter and friendlier than the manager. Vacuuming was good but they left some smutz in the coin tray (which was empty) interior windshield and mirror had spots. The buffing job outside was ok but it did take an hour. For the price I paid to have my truck detailed one would have thought it would be immaculate. The wax job sucked. So many spots missed and not properly buffed out. Rims were still dirty. Windshield has a ton of streaks. Not to mention they did something to my drivers side window. It doesn't roll down properly. Was in working order before I dropped it off. Be careful with this place. Don't waste your money or time. Their young staff are rude and crude and only think of the money and how to get you to pay for the most expensive package. And forget trying to talk to management, they are just as bad. Make sure you get them to explain every detail of what the service is that you are getting or "it's on you" as I was told by management and the little rude child that sells you deals that they don't explain. Also, if you get your car shampooed, make sure to bring a towel...because your car seats will be soaked and nothing is provided to keep you from having a soggy bottom. read more

To be clear, this review is about their interior services. I didn't get a car wash, so I can't say how good or bad they are. I would guess they have to be at least halfway decent, because my experience would lead me to believe they'd otherwise be out of business. I took a car (not mine!) to them and requested their full interior detailing services, which ran me about $130. This particular car hadn't been cleaned in about three years and the primary driver was a smoker. All I did before taking it there was remove detritus. It was pretty dirty but not totally soiled or anything. What I was expecting was to get a "new car" clean interior. What I got was...a slightly cleaner interior, still pretty dirty, three hours later. As a bonus, it was soaking wet and had to be air-dried for two days. I fully expected the wait - good work takes time. But for $130 and three hours, I expected results. Dirt and bits of grass were still present all over the carpet and the seats, particularly (but definitely not only) in crevices. The ceiling had been totally ignored. Some of the plastic and vinyl had been wiped down, and some of it was untouched. Basically, my actual car that I drive, which I haven't cleaned in months, was cleaner than this car I had just put through Classy Chassis's "intricate interior detailing" process. When I got home, I ended up spending the better part of the next afternoon finishing the job myself. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was a steady stream of customers, so again, I can only assume their exterior services are at least decent. The only thing I can imagine is that they don't get many people asking for the higher-tier services, especially interior services, and didn't have the experience or preparedness (or maybe staffing) to actually execute on it. Inferior quality! I paid 100 dollars for an "express interior" to include a hand wash because their automatic cannot accommodate a dually. The price isn't my concern but the wait(45 minutes) and the job done were way below par. The wash was so-so, I had to ask the employee to wipe the tire shine residue( which was not evenly put on the tires) from the rims and upon further inspection there were several missed spots. The interior was altogether awful, a greasy poorly applied substance was dripping in several spots, there was dirt and grass in the back seat. I dropped my car off to have it fully detailed at this location at 11:30 am Tuesday morning. I was called at 1:30 pm and told my car was ready to be picked up. I got there at 4:30 pm that day and was sorely disappointed in the workmanship that my $110 went to. My wheels hadn't been wiped down (I went around the car with the manager) my door jams hadn't been touched (with the manager there I borrowed his rag and managed to get a good bit of residue off with him standing there) and my all weather floor mats were missing. I had the mats returned to me, but only after I mentioned them and my factory mats not being in the car when I got there. There was a thick, splotchy layer of Armour All on my dash, but that was the only hard surface in the car they touched. The inside of my windows weren't even touched. I left disappointed and beyond frustrated to wipe down my car AGAIN when I got home. I spent well over an hour going over the interior that they were supposed to have detailed (cleaning out my cupholders, wiping down my doors, wiping down the radio head and A/C vents etc.) They had even changed my radio station preset while they were "cleaning" it, though my radio had obviously not been touched by a rag. read more
