Where is one stands out is before you enter the wash, two humans actually scrub the front end of your car including windshield and the rear windshield area. The actual washing sequence removes debris better than any other automatic wash I have seen. Once complete, the free vacuums have hoses long enough to stretch the entire length of the car (2 hoses per car). Also available is an air chuck to fill up tires, windshield cleaner, and air detail hose are all clearly marked for use. Our experience here was good. Hopefully you will enjoy the quality as we did. I clearly told the attendant she [my daughter] didn't have a subscription. The attendant walked away to speak with someone regarding a tag number. My daughter only wanted to purchase a single, inexpensive car wash. The matter became more interesting with the next female attendant. This attendant (located at the bay area) was not having the best morning. Her countenance said it all. She began to give bad instructions on how to line the vehicle up properly onto the conveyor. This female attendant was having trouble being verbal. Once she was forced to become vocal, she wanted me to respond to her rude, aggressive behavior with submissivness. The instructions she was giving were lacking in competence, experience, hospitality, cognizance, and coherence. The customer service was poor. The situation for the service became sour. I wanted to leave. My daughter took over and drove. This was a bad move as the youth [car wash attendants] weaponized the police. She didn't fear for her life. The situation was typical. She acted a Karen because I matched her energy. This lady almost caused several thousands in vehicle damage. I was banned from the premises and if the owner looks into this situation the owner will find that the wrong person is in the wrong position. Both of those females need to be enrolled in college with perfect attendance on the dean's list (and not dealing with the public: a pink collar job perhaps). This attendant caused unnecessary actions and is definitely the wrong person for this job. I don't recommend a flex car wash for many reasons unrelated to this incident. If you have a chance do a Bing search or Google search for "non-conveyor touchless carwashes near me" then do that first. I was left wondering where the brains were to the beauties.

Let me back up a bit when you first pull into the lot they have a station to get the bugs off of your grill, windshield and hood. They also have a monthly unlimited car wash special (I forgot the pricing) if you sing up for their texts you will get texts concerning different deals for that day or week. Yes It is a drive thru, but in this area from I-10 down to US 90 it is the best thing smoking to get your vehicle washed. They also have vacuums on site and a run through machine for your carpets. The staff is great as well, I use this place frequently as should you.

I use to love going to the old one in Biloxi because the customer service was great and I could put my tip on my card. Well I 1st drove around the place 3 times before I could find someone to tell me where to go, no signs that made sense? Then the guy who finally explained what to do talked so fast he made no sense so I drove around again and by this time I was furious. 2 of the guys who do the detailing talked to me and they knew I was angry and did some yelling. Then I realized one of the guys (teen) went to our church. He took my car. I Went into the waiting area and the chairs were such hard plastic they were hard to sit on and I was there for an hour. So of coarse when my car was done I had to go to the bank to get the detailer a tip. He did a fabulous job! If not for the fact I knew the young man and he was the only polite one with another young man who was helping him I would of never went back. I will not go back again.
