I do not usually write reviews but this really needed to be said. Yesterday I went to get my car detailed, not real dirty I am pretty clean. 1st time I had been to the new location to get a detail. I use to love going to the old one in Biloxi because the customer service was great and I could put my tip on my card. Well I 1st drove around the place 3 times before I could find someone to tell me where to go, no signs that made sense? Then the guy who finally explained what to do talked so fast he made no sense so I drove around again and by this time I was furious. 2 of the guys who do the detailing talked to me and they knew I was angry and did some yelling. Then I realized one of the guys (teen) went to our church. He took my car. I Went into the waiting area and the chairs were such hard plastic they were hard to sit on and I was there for an hour. So of coarse when my car was done I had to go to the bank to get the detailer a tip. He did a fabulous job! If not for the fact I knew the young man and he was the only polite one with another young man who was helping him I would of never went back. I will not go back again. For a place who use to have such good customer service it is now not for me. 1 star read more

Outside staff is amazing inside hmm not so much personal phone calls on the cell was more important than the customers. There is no listing of services and the 5$ billboard is misleading make sure you ask about services before letting your car go thru the wash. Once my truck came out of the wash they took 30 minutes to clean and detail my vehicle no coin or piece of dirt was left. They are amazing the reason for the two star rating is the inside staff and lack of pricing menu. read more

I totally spilled my entire order of Korean food in my truck and it blasted all over the inside of the truck. I was so sick to my stomach that I just couldn't bring myself to cleaning it out. I brought it to classy chassis and they fixed me up big time!!! The truck was pretty much better looking than when I originally bought it and I can't say enough about this business! The absolute WORST SERVICE Classy Chassis Gulfpor today. just bought a new vehicle less than 2 weeks ago and bought a monthly pass. I went to the Gulfport wash Sat July 31 and the rfid bar didn't work He explained I would have to pay $3 for a new one. I explained I just paid 3 for this one because the last one didn't work. Well, that's not our fault or problem. I explained if I have to keep paying $3 y'all can cancel my monthly plan. Then he turned entered the barcode and let me through. Today, aug 1st it didn't work again, he says, that's because you cancelled it yesterday. Which I did not do, he just did it on his own. I asked for a manager and he said, ok. And just stood there. Are u the manager? Yes, what's your name? My name is don't worry about it! 3 times! I said fine, you owe me the balance Of the month. No, you canceled. So I paid for a month of unlimited wash and I get 2 washes? You cancelled! No, you did. This guy is ruining your business. He is thin, gauges in both ears, tattoos on both forearms, short black or dark brown hair. I will be using this as a teachable point of view with my team, peers, maybe even customers, as to how companies lose customers for life. read more

HORRIBLE. Went in to get a wash, I paid for the most expensive one only to have a terribly washed vehicle. Now I get it-- the machine isn't perfect, but there were so many mixed spots. My car was both shiny and dirty. I definitely wouldn't recommend going, and if you do, get the basic package for the same outcome. read more

I went to Classy Chassis Gulfpor and while in the car there was this really horrible smell! I get home and I STILL smell it. I look at the car and seem brown "water" all over my white car. Apparently they are using recycled, unfiltered water because the car smelled like horse shit. I ended up having to re-wash the car myself. I miss this place. Went almost weekly when at Keesler for school. Friendly, well managed staff made sure you picked the right thing and didn't upsale you to a package you didn't need. They did a great job, have a ton of employees literally running around and the best part is, they want you to look at it to make sure it is to your satisfaction before you leave! Worst car wash anywhere in the country. Took over two hours for a basic wash on my truck and even then it was not properly cleaned. Streaked windows, streaked exterior, bumper and sidesteps not properly cleaned, wheels and tires left streaked. They'll never see another of my vehicles unless they look up from their cell phones as I drive by. read more

I arrived 15 min prior to opening, was greeted and checked in for my interior detailing. Then I noticed that 90 minutes later, my vehicle's detailing hadn't even started. When I brought this issue up with "management" (this place is ran by children), I was told they were short staffed and had a higher-than-expected number of customers. Why should any of this matter if I was the first person here?! If you are first, at a first come, first serve business, shouldn't you be first served? Ridiculous. Bottom line: if you are looking for detail work, look elsewhere...somewhere that honors customer arrival times, or at the very least, allows you to make appointments. read more

I had never gone to a detailed before but wanted to surprise my husband so I went to this detailed and wish I never had! Right off the bat when I got out of the car the worker stared at me without speaking. Feeling awkward I said what it is and he said he'd have to hand wash my truck rack which would cost $60. ..... for a car wash... then I said well then can we just do a detail and vacuum the inside. He said no they don't do that .....it's a package deal ... I'm military and a female and didn't want to think he was somehow trying to treat me different but it was hard not to think that since I saw others getting their car detail ... whatever! There aren't many car washes to choose from so I found myself at Classy Chassis. I really just needed a wash to get bugs off my car and the sand vacuumed out. The cheapest wash they had was $15.99 so that's the one I went with. Still pricey compared to the Midwest prices. I saw my car coming out of the wash and went out and requested him take it through again because the hood still had bugs on it and the door had mud on it from the tires... the gentleman had no problem running it through again and was very attentive. When I first drove up the gentleman was very nice. I got a wash, vacuum, door jams and Clean the inside including the dash for $44. Initial thought was overpriced but did it anyway because my car is baby. I like how they were quick but the work is not worth $44. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. read more

They always do a great job when they shampoo my jeep. I have 2 big dogs and they always make a mess.

Gave them a second chance. Still have to tell them to clean the door jambs and point out missed spots. All the bug splats from the road trip were still there. When I got home, a little Goo Gone, soap and rag brought the front bumper back to new. I usually wash all my automobiles, but didn't feel like messing with this heat lately. Management just needs to work on quality and not quantity. They're too worried about getting you out of there than doing the job right the first time. After leaving Biloxi, we miss this place. The service is fast all days except for the Senior day. My husband's truck is his baby, and they always did a great job cleaning every crevice + following up after to see if there is anything else that they missed, I love that! My little car never needed much cleaning but when I would get it done, it wasn't more than 10-15 minutes max and it was sparkling clean! They offer military discounts and their packages aren't bad at all! Love the service, love the price and wish that more places were like this! read more

Went here this morning to get our car interior detailed. After waiting over 3 hours we got our car back, we received it vacuumed but hardly cleaned out. We were able to wipe down some of the spots on the door ourselves just by wetting a rag. Also, we found all of our change missing as well. Paid close to $100. Extremely disappointed. Went there to get a car wash -- well I stood there about 10 minutes while the attendant was talking to another customer. I was never acknowledged even though there were two staff guys. When I realized the guy was talking to the customer about getting employment at Ingalls and I mean really chatting him up, I left. Only after I was getting back into my car and one employee noted that a customer was leaving did the "head" attendant come rushing over to my car. I said no thanks. I want so bad to give this place 5 stars and if it was completely based on the outstanding service and how beautiful my car looks and smells I would have. Only reason I'm knocking off a star is to hopefully let the company know the ONLY reason they lost a star was the because of the treatment I received by the woman working the counter. She was pretty miserable and unfriendly. I approached the counter and had to say hello to her first and was not even returned one back. I had questioned her as to whether or not I could leave gratuity on the card and she looked at me with this face of disgust as if she did not understand why I would be asking such a question. It's a shame to feel like all of the other employees hard work is overshadowed by someone who really dislikes their job. The staff there was running around the entire time working hard in heat, Brittany was wiping down my interior and my car looks fantastic. I spoke to the manager Chris who was awesome as well, you can tell he really cares about keeping everyone on track I'm working as efficiently as possible to do a great job. My report is the result of coming here on and off for two years. At first, they did a great job. Yes, they didn't try to push you into a more expensive package when getting a wash. Or warsh. However you wanna say it is alright with me, buddy. Anyways, now days they try right of the bat to get you into some 40+ buckaroo package. No thanks! I ooze dirt and grime, my ride gets pretty dirty pretty quickly. I always get the Manager's special, which is about 23 bucks. Ouch. When I first started going, the Manager's Special did a fine job of pimping my ride. Lately, it seems the Manger's special is to take your cash and do a crappy job on your car. Good job, Mr Manager. You managed to do it again! Last two visits: outside of vehicle pretty nice, but inside, Nope. Cupholders: holding dirt, crumbs, etc, just like before I took it in. Dash: Still dusty in spots, as well as the radio. I had to wipe the dust off myself! Thanks for the super fat coat of Armor All (and I do mean ALL) on places I don't really need it, like the wood grain. Yup, I roll something that has wood grain. Fancy, huh? No. Anyways, here are some items to check when the dude/dude-ette comes to tell you that your vehicle is done: Cupholders, dash, look under your mats, door wells, and check the back seat, that area is usually lacking. I will never come back. I don't like to wash/warsh my rides myself, so I am searching for a new spot, where they do it right. TERRIBLE!!! You would think paying $34 for a hand wash and another $3 for armor all on your tires would at least be half decent but no! They didn't even rinse my mats. I told them that I was concerned about the sand in my vehicle because we were at the beach and they didn't even vacuum my trunk! There were still sand everywhere!! Didn't dry off my car either. I really like this place. I've been here a few times and those few times I've had good experiences but today wasn't a good one. They didn't clean my rims fully, the kid said it's permanently on there when I know it's not because is only brake pad dust and he refused to so I left. If I wasn't in a hurry I would've had a talk with the manager .My mistake was giving him the tip before I inspected the car. Not sure what the other review are saying about this place being missed. I can only assumed they were closed for a while, but they are back and seem to have the same great level of service. This place is convenient, friendly, and they did a great job on my truck. I hesitate to give them a 5 stars because I did have to ask the attendant to go over a couple of spots. I'm very disappointed today. I spent $112.33 to get my car hand wax and the leather complete interior but the work is not worth that price. We've been here so many times and never ever leave the place without giving tips. If I wasn't in a hurry today I will tell them to do it all over again. I don't like complaining or argue and I guess that's the big mistake on my part today by not complaining. There will be no second chance for me. Please train your worker to value customers vehicles. I do not recommend at all. We bought a "value" gift card last year and when we tried to redeem it, we were accused of having stolen it, though we have proof (credit card statement) we purchased it. We were told that the police would be called if we didn't provide another form of payment. Very unprofessional treatment and poor attention to detail in cleanings. read more
