We placed the order and 3 weeks later Chris was installing the shades. After the installation Chris put everything on the Bliss app, he tested all and then gave us the tutorial. Everything worked perfectly. One month later one shade dropped off the app( probably due to a WiFi issue). I texted Chris after hours and he was out the next morning to add this shade. This was a wonderful customer service experience and I would recommend Blooming Blinds to anyone for quality of the product, price of the product and an outstanding customer service experience after the sale.

Their showroom was very helpful because we could go there and see various options in person and view how the automation alternatives actually worked. Their in-home visit enabled us to choose materials and colors right in the environment where the blinds would be installed. We choose automated blinds that change position relative to the sunrise and sunset so that we have the perfect combination of light and privacy in our family room with window walls on three sides. We can also control our blinds with Amazon's Alexa or Apple's Siri. This shows the kind of experience that we appreciate. We are so glad to hear that they have relocated to Wilmette, closer to us. Donna was the first pro that we heard from and she should have been the LAST!!! We received the quote from the other company and the price they quoted us for two rooms was more than Web Decors quoted us for our entire first floor. I could not believe that there would be such a huge price difference in two different companies. Not only was the price for two rooms through a competitor more than all the work that Donna did but the other company did not quote us the wood shutters which were the most expensive part of this project. Donna is very good about communication and getting back to you very quickly on any questions that you might have. Her and her installer Brad are both professional and will let you know if there will be a delay. We were told that the install would be hopefully completed by Christmas and it was. We COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the window treatments that Donna helped us pick out and that Brad expertly installed. Our house is 100 years old and we were a bit concerned that the wood shutters would look natural as extensions had to be used to get around the windows.
