I realized I had little privacy and contacted Fifty Shades and Blinds on a Sunday night. Within moments, Elan responded and set up an appointment for a consultation. Justin came by a few days later. Justin was super professional and took time to explain options and did measurements. I was completely comfortable about moving forward after reading all ratings and reviews. Today Justin came by to do the install. ADT had put in a monitoring system shortly after I moved in. I needed to move the devices a few inches down. I am NOT handy and realized this was bigger than me. I mentioned it to Elan and he said Justin was resourceful and not to worry. Well after a few alarm events and a call to ADT, Justin figured it out. The nicest and most patient guy! I love the new blinds from a color and user-ease perspective. This was the EASIEST part of my move. The ratings on Yelp gave me confidence to move forward with this project and I'm very grateful. I highly recommend Fifty Shades and Blinds for your window treatment needs. Truly service with a smile!!

In my eyes, there is no other place to go for window treatments than Supreme. Our master bedroom window treatments are very delicate. We have a blackout shade and zebra shades on top. Upon contacting and visiting their Fort Lauderdale location, their manager Liel was very kind to help us with our selection. He wasn't pushy into selling us anything but more helpful with explaining everything we had questions about, especially the pros and cons of all the different types of shades we were looking at. After his great service to us we decided to book a measurement and their installer Justin was just as helpful, bringing samples, a valence and an iPad with pictures to our home to give us a better idea of materials directly inside our home. After measurements we received a competitive quote and decided to go with them for our shades. We went with Zebra shades and a dark valence which matched our dark window frame exactly. We placed a deposit for our order, and the shades arrived quickly, as did the installation date. On day of installation, Justin was on time and installed everything promptly. He even disposed of our old shades complimentary. We were very pleased with the way the new shades turned out in our home and the whole process was simple and a breeze with Liel's and Ilan's guidance. We would highly recommend this company to family, friends, and anyone reading this review looking for custom shades by a company with expertise, friendliness, quality of material, price and easy going process. My experiences with Boca Blinds have been quite different than those of the reviewers who have…read morerated them poorly. My first order was in 2008 for Hunter Douglas pleated Blinds, capable of being raised up or down. The estimator who assessed the project and took all measurements was professional. The installer, Dean, was equally professional. He arrived as scheduled and did a careful and thorough installation. Yes, that was almost 10 years ago, but I remember it clearly. Recently one of the cords on a blind broke, I guess from extensive use. Actually, it's a blind that gets the most use in the entire house, so I wasn't surprised that this happened, although I was still disappointed. Being compulsive I found my receipts from the original purchase, and called them. While my first call was not returned, I reached the owner on the second call, and made contact with Wendy, who appears to be their office staff. An appointment was set up for the following week, at a time convenient for me. I was advised that their minimum service call was $75., but they did not bill if you decided not to have the work done. That's more than reasonable. Dean, who did the original installation, showed up at the promised time, and after assessing the problem, re-strung the blind. While it sounds easy, it actually took about 40 minutes to remove the blind,re-string it, and reinstall. He was careful and did a great job. I asked him to check out all the other Blinds (9), and felt good when he advised that they were all fine. No one was ever rude. And Dean put on booties when entering the house, without the need for me to ask him to do so. I liked that! I would not hesitate to recommend them if you have a small of large purchase and installation, or need a repair. I can't say they are the least expensive, you can and should always get estimates from other companies. They have been in business for 15 years, which must mean something.
