She later sent another new agent to complete the inspection after I had already agreed to buy. As a result, I ended up with a 20-year-old HVAC system and water heater -- issues I wasn't made aware of -- and I significantly overpaid for the house. When I posted an honest review about my experience, Redfin blocked me and told me I could no longer use their services. That's fine -- I wouldn't use them again anyway. I lost a lot of money through this process, and I believe Redfin and this agent acted unprofessionally and without integrity.

I experienced constant flooding and sewage leaking from the kitchen sinks (yep, 2 sinks), giant sized insects invading our space, decaying floor boards from water damage, 3 years of uninterrupted mold and mildew, the need for a dehumidifier requiring 4 buckets of water to be dumped daily, and the last stray was a bathroom ceiling leaks flooding the unit requiring a 1 month stay in the hotel paid for by my insurance and I still had to pay the rent for my unit. During those 3 years, I suffered terribly from respiratory problems for the first time in my life. No empathy shown by the leasing agent or landlord for the major and myriad inconveniences. Upon returning to the unit in addition to the floor repairs they used substandard contractors to paint the walls. During my stay at the hotel (on my insurance's dime, mind you despite paying the full month's rent DURING it's renovation) I was not notified that the walls would be painted until AFTER the work was done, nor was my artwork removed from the walls prior to painting. The substandard painters merely painted around my artwork. Essentially their substandard painting contractors sealed the damage free adhesive to the walls with the paint making the artwork impossible to remove without damaging the wall. Moreover, the substandard contractors also painted over the back door sealing it shut. Upon move-out, the property management company wanted to penalize me for the damage caused by their own substandard painters shoddy work, since there're still holding on to my security deposit. Avoid renting through this "property management" company at all costs

It took me days to clean them out -The garage door had no springs. You had to prop it open with a stick. -One day, part of the roof collapsed over the garage. After several attempts to get the problem fixed, the management company sent a roofing crew without telling me -- who arrived on Thanksgiving day. And the final insult was when I left. Having fixed up the place beyond the level that any renter should -- replacing blown outlets, repairing faucets myself, cleaning literally decades worth of accumulated grime from window tracks and such -- Davies actually withheld a significant chunk of my security deposit for "cleaning fees." In short, an awful company to deal with, on every level. Update, 12/18/15: Not only did the general manager, Alain Gemond write a review of his own company (which he gave 5-stars), he personally attacked me in the review, and continued to lie about this property. And today he had the unmitigated gall to email and offer a bribe for me to delete my review. I thought I couldn't have a lower opinion of this "company." I was wrong.

He was coming out with Frnaklymls at the time, and it allowed me to do a lot of house hunting on my own time, right from home in the evenings with my wife. I don't have the time some Realtors assume you have to go looking at houses. With FranklyMLS I was able to do so much research. That's how I like to shop: online in my own time. But when I had questions or needed help he was right there to assist. I even used it again 6 years later to find my next house (in a different area, so Frank wasn't my Realtor --his suggestion was for me to find a local Realtor that knew the area).
