I went with Sylvester, which is made with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Apple Jacks, Cookie Dough, and Mini Marshmallows mixed into soft serve. It was sweet, but the flavors didn't come together as well as I had expected. While the Treat was a bit underwhelming, I did like browsing the limited edition KITH treats exclusive t-shirts. If you're shopping at KITH, it's worth stopping by for a treat. But I would try a different flavor or create my own treat next time around.

I hadn't heard of this fabulous small batch ice cream shop previously and I'm so happy it's on my radar now. Hopefully they will expand into Manhattan in the future. They offered a choice from 2 flavors at the pop up, Rose or Vanilla. I went with Rose which was perfectly fragrant and not too sweet. Shout out to their onsite team who also work in their ice cream shops... friendly, personable and informative about their ice cream business plus the new fragrance from Acne Studios x Parfums Frédéric Malle. Real figs and cookies in the Figo and just a stunningly executed pistachio flavor. There are lots of fun gelato choices that make this place feel more unique compared to other gelato spots. I really liked the Ferrero Rocher flavor i tried at the other location too. Service was great, they let me use the restroom immediately even before paying and were really prompt and friendly, offering more samples to help make a decision. Interior is very cute with several tables for 2, and 2 swings in the back of the cafè interior which i guess 1 person could sit on given the size. Lots of other fun bakery items on display and coffee drinks, so there's a healthy selection of sweets to choose from!

The pistachio on top was good with some pieces inside for a bit of crunch, though I would say in terms of other fancy gelatos, it's a bit worse than Venchi, as the pistachio flavor isn't as strong. The saffron was the better of the two, being floral enough without being overbearing. Not much else to say here, as I only had those flavors, but I hope they do well.

I never really had darjeeling much before so I grabbed that as well since I was going for the tea theme. My friend got the hibiscus and that was really good as well. It has a nice fruity flavor to it. No one really seemed to have gotten that flavor when we were on line but it was definitely a standout flavor to us amongst the ones that were left at that day. I felt bad for the worker because the line was just never ending and he was doing all of it on his own but we definitely had really good service despite the stress from the environment. I also loved the vibe in there because it was very simple and clean but the addition of the vinyl and CDs in the corner was a really fun touch. They also have really good sound proofing because from the outside you can't hear anything but once you're inside, you are definitely surrounded by music. Definitely recommend trying them out and checking on their IG stories for flavors of the day. I can't wait to go back to try more flavors out.

But after coming in today my Panna trips are going to go way down. The gelato is really well made, with interesting flavors and the quality is excellent. It is only $7 a cup and you get up to 3 flavors. There are about 10-12 flavors so you can easily try most of them in just a few cups. The flavors are seasonal so be sure to grab what you like while it's still there. Highlights were the chocolate, blueberry and watermelon. The jasmine and peach were really good too. Small place, just a few tables inside and a couple more outside but otherwise you're here for the ice cream.
