Kim and Diane take real pride in the apartments they manage, and it shows. Things have broken down and only the most urgent things get any reply from management, although that doesn't mean things get fixed to satisfactory condition. Until recently, the building was literally falling apart, requiring massive construction that is currently taking place to repair the stairwells and walls in the basement. Meanwhile, any calls to management about basic repairs are totally being ignored at this time. Dogs are not allowed but people sneak dogs in anyway and have for years. Cats can be found roaming as well. The neighbors ignore one another. It's like the adults here have a bug up their butts and don't have the common courtesy to even say hello to one another. Speaking of bugs: Building B seems to have a history of bug problems as the local exterminator was seen parked in front of that particular section on many occasions in the past few years. To be perfectly honest, the worst part of apartment life here are the obvious low-income tenants. THey break things often, have multiple children living in these two-bedroom units, and tend to be the noisiest neighbors. In 2012, when several families were forced to leave due to issues with their state vouchers, the break-ins that use to occur in the basement storage units suddenly stopped. They never have the customer in mind, only their work load. And this is coming from someone who paid rent every month 5 days early. I will say, I believe it is only Diana that is the tough one to work with. Carry is only trying to do what she is told and be a buffer between the witch and the customer. The only reason this entity exists, is so Diana Baribeau (one of the ladies) can have something to do, so she can stay out of her husbands hair while he trys to do his job (Baribeau Real Estate and Appraisals). The relationship started with me having to pay an application fee before I was even able to look at any of their properties. Great way to start a relationship. During my lease, I was never trusted about any issues or concerns I brought to their attention about the home. We were always second guessed. Awful feeling when trying to live in a home you are paying a pretty penny for. The end of my lease was a mess. No communication from their end, and when I was able to get communication, it had to be face to face, with me making the initiative to go to their office...then I was screamed at for 45 minutes and told to go ahead and get a lawyer. Left a really good impression of the business I had given them for a full year.

They offered me an available apartment from their pre-app. waitlist on a Thursday night & said that I had five days to accept the offer. I accepted right away by email but the office was closed for the next three days. On Monday, the fourth day, I got an email saying someone would call back that day but they didn't call until 5:00 pm.The next day, Tuesday, they sent another email with additional document requirements needed to complete the application.I replied by email that same day. That's when they sent me a letter by postal mail rejecting the application because it didn't meet their undefined "timeline". So good luck trying to make an application with these people.
