I've lived here for several years and can say that the place has degraded in quality and service. Most tenants have kids and most of them run around unsupervised, leaving toys everywhere, and generally being rude.
Things have broken down and only the most urgent things get any reply from management, although that doesn't mean things get fixed to satisfactory condition.
Until recently, the building was literally falling apart, requiring massive construction that is currently taking place to repair the stairwells and walls in the basement. Meanwhile, any calls to management about basic repairs are totally being ignored at this time.

In 2012, when several families were forced to leave due to issues with their state vouchers, the break-ins that use to occur in the basement storage units suddenly stopped.
The exterminator has also stopped coming by. Interesting... read more
