Very disappointed with a recent purchase of a queen size mattres at the Ming Ave location. I paid around 100$ fora broken mattress. Not visible to the naked eye but once you lay on it there's no dought that it's broken on the inside. I called back about a week later to see What could they do for me but got the run around. I ask to speak with the store manager which told me without a receipt (threw it away in good faith and trust to the salvation army) said theirs nothing they can do about it. The labels are still on the mattress but he muffled, "I am sure they are" as if I were lieing. I was hoping to hear bring it back and we can exchange it. Unfortunately I am stuck with a 100$ broken mattress. So disappointed in they're lack of customer support. I shop there all the time and pay the overpriced items because I know its going to a good cause but common check your inventory before you put it out on the floor. How was I supposed to check the mattress when theirs no room in the store to lay it flat and lye on it? Just wrong if you ask me. So make sure you check your items before you purchase them. Usually they mark it on the tag but not this time.
Ps reason I say I paid 100$ is because I received a military discount. read more
