His face makes folks feel sick. Lol Well he has mental issues no doubt. He's rude, he gave me about 4 underhanded not so obvious insults during the interview. He lied about many things. I have 5 years furniture sales expertise. I do extremely well I. Consultative roles. He said he needs someone with the right amount of experience. he advertised the job as ENTRY LEVEL, NO EXPERIENCE WE WILL BE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PROPLE. He's Asian. He asked my nationality during the interview. Wouldn't the EEOC love to get ahold of his shirt bald headed ignorant ass. He set me up for a second interview and kept making excuses for not following through. I told him in the Email he's a liar and he's not appreciated. I could probably sell more furniture then him. So I guess he hired other Asians or people with no cane. Illegal as ever!!! I hope his business does as poorly as his bad attitude and his various predjudices against me. I am not Asian.. The gentleman that assisted was very friendly, answered all our questions of what they had in stock and listed prices. We ended up purchasing a really good quality sectional couch at a really good price. The quality of furniture at this location is actually really good. Don't let the location fool you. Yeah it is in the hood, but you won't find prices for the quality or furniture they offer.

It took about 3 weeks, which I understand is a very reasonable time.

I have a mixed review because I dealt with several factions of this company in the process of my…read morepurchase, delivery and installation. Sales went smoothly. There was a problem with delivery and installation. Dryer couldnt get hooked up because Urners delivery guy said it was the wrong guage valve. He went about installing the washer. But that didnt end up working, and gave an error code that it was not getting water. Installation tech did not wait to verify the washer was working. The sales people at Urners were kind enough to send a tech at their cost to check the washer after I figured out it was not working. Fixing the dryer connection would be my cost, no problem. Urners' contracted tech came a week later. He did not check the problem. He decided what the most likely problem was and said he would not pull out stackables until he had the part he imagined he would need. I paid a guy to come fix the dryer connection. He came the day after the Urners tech. He was kind enough to take a look at the washer connection. He found that the Urners' guy had not even turned on the water to the washer. He turned on the water and it works great now. So mixed reviews. I think the people in the office have a customer service ideal. But the folks in the field seem to call the shots according to how hard they feel like working that day.
