I have no idea why others feel they are over priced? huh? maybe because of new management? During lunch time everyone stops for prayer time. That is right before lunch. So no big deal but just heads up. Staff is super nice. The actual store is big and lots to explore and clean. They even had a wedding dress section. I LOVE this thrift store! Plus all proceeds go to a good cause to help others! So if you ask me its a win win situation. I shall return!! Love it! So my experience was I found the prices reasonable to dirt cheap. I have purchased vintage lamps and sofa from them for great prices. Kitchen items, knick knacks and vintage porcelain figurines for 1/5th of what other antique stores sell items for. As we parked I noticed people on their hands and knees digging through piles of clothing in the parking lot. As it was a pretty hot day, I wasn't looking forward to rummaging and went inside. They have pretty good stuff inside but the line was long and I didn't feel like waiting. When we went back through the parking lot my youngest decided to get in on the rummaging and dove in. After she kept finding treasures I decided to get in on the fun and found some great items as well. Everything was only $1 an item so it was way worth the sweat pouring from me. We will definitely be back to rummaging here again soon!

Went to see if they were interested in buying a console off of me, I'm not even mad about them…read morepassing on it, what bothered me though was the guy at the counter, Joey I believe, sounded so apathetic, didn't say hi when I walked in and honestly it was just bad customer service. Need someone a little happier and that will actually greet customers at the front. Seemed like he hated working there. The girls working are very nice, and provide great customer service. The customers just thrash the store, under every aisle of clothes, there were items just kicked underneath it. I felt so bad for them; I just wanted to help them. It wasn't for them. It wasn't them not trying to keep up with it, but they have to keep stopping to ring people up at the register. This is another area that is not the greatest. There were about five homeless people just camped out in front with all of their belongings. They were also in the store, which makes it not a relaxing visit. I don't know what Salvation Army can do to have them relocated to a different area and not in front of the door. 11/8/25

Some even requested just underwear that fit. Their needs were simple, and with the community donating wonderful items Bargain Box was able to make it happen. They are run by volunteers, and every penny goes to clothes for children in need. Everyone that works there is friendly and welcoming. It's so clean and inviting. This is how you run a thrift store, unlike the ones we recently went to in Lancaster, charging outrageous amounts for used things they got for free.
