WOW! Such a great experience, I didn't know what to expect my friend set up a session for a group of us girls and we all loved the experience! Upon entering the Staff was very nice and welcoming, they explained the whole concept, benefits, and history of the salt suite! The room was large, clean, 90 degree recliner lounge chairs, cushioned earbuds and IPods with a choice of music and detailed instructions. If you have never tried the salt suite, be prepared to be covered in salt dust, don't worry it rubs off but whew! ( don't wear black clothes) you may cough a bit and your lips will be salty! I immediately saw the benefits, cleared sinus and relaxation!! Ohhh bonus...they have a kids area also!! So u don't have to be quite! Don't walk, run to get the benefits of this amazing experience! I love coming here. I don't come as often as I should. It calms me. Puts me in a better state of mind. It's like going in a nice comfortable cave (with creature comforts to make your stay pleasant). If I go consistently I find that I do seem to breath better and not have the sinus drainage that I suffer from. read more

I went to Boca Salt Suite almost 2 yrs ago out of curiosity and hoping to help my respiratory issues exacerbated by allergies. I signed up for a membership and still going 2 x a week. It clears up my congestion, and I can rely a lot less on my medications. A great place to just totally chill out and enjoy the the music and meditation choices etc. It's a real private 'tune out the world' experience. Really nice and helpful staff. I'm a big believer in salt therapy. I have been to the salt suites original location in Delray a few years ago when they first opened. When I saw this location pop up I was thrilled as it's super close to my house. They have two separate rooms. One is for the kids and parents and is set up like a sandbox with toys in the salt crystals and beach chairs to sit in. The other room is the adult room and it's a dimly lit relaxing spa atmosphere. The adult room has a row of cozy leather chairs set up and a few of them are the zero gravity chairs that recline all the way back. These chairs get taken quickly but I was able to secure one at all of my sessions. Each chair "station" has a privacy wall between it, a book light, and a ipod shuffle. The iPod has spa music, breathing techniques based off condition, and guided meditations. The sessions are 45 mins each and are soo relaxing. Salt therapy benefits MANY respiratory and skin conditions. It also helps with stress and anxiety. It's great to come when your fighting off a cold or cough as the salt air really gets deep in the lungs and helps clear you out of any issues. They have a new client special and I originally went using a Groupon. They offer memberships and if I had any chronic condition they would benefits from salt therapy (asthma, COPD, eczema etc) I would totally be a member. I personally use salt therapy to recharge as needed. Definitely give it a shot if anything you get 45 mins of relaxing "me time" and who doesn't deserve that? read more

Very relaxing. They have mini iPods with relaxing spa playlists. It feels like you're breathing clean air. The facility is very clean and they are very friendly. They provide blankets because it's a bit chilly sometimes. They also have lockers available for your purse and other items. The kid salt room is super cute. My daughter bought me a session and went with me. We both loved the place so much, that I joined. If she lived closer, she would have joined as well. Besides the fact that the suite is spa like, I found the staff really friendly. I have had a chronic cough for a long time and after going for a couple of months, I can see a major difference in my health. Besides the salt healing, it is also a meditation for me. The recliners and blankets are quite comfortable and there are headphones with several playlists. I personally love the chakra meditation. They sell some terrific, healthy products as well, but one never feels pressured to buy anything. I highly recommend this place if you want to escape stress, have allergies or respiratory concerns. If you are looking for a healthy dose of pretentious South Florida sass, look no further than the Salt Suite. I arrived five minutes prior to my appointment time and checked in using a Groupon which was awarded to me as a gift. My mother had purchased her own Groupon. She had visited the Salt Suite on one single prior occasion, for which she redeemed a Groupon which had been purchased by a third party and awarded to her as a gift. The desk attendant lectured my mother, purporting that my mother had used more Groupons than the number to which she was entitled; this information is contradictory to the information stated during a phone conversation with a Salt Suite employee at the time during which the appointment was scheduled. I suggest that the management impose purchase limits when creating their promotion through Groupon in order to better achieve their desired outcome without relying on client telepathy. The management might also wish to further educate its employees to achieve more respectful interactions with customers. The employee working the desk at 10:30am on Saturday, 11th August was rude, and her tone was abrasive and condescending. We will not be returning to this location. read more

This was my first visit and I enjoyed my session. The customer service was great the women there were sweet and answered all my questions. The room was peaceful and the music they provide on their iPods is relaxing yoga music The headphones had one side working. I wasn't to bothered by it but I would recommend bringing your own headphones. Everything is clean but I would suggest bringing your own blanket. The blanket they provided me with smelled like sweat. They do have a sleep mask and blanket set you can buy for yourself but I'm not sure of the cost. When I was in the salt room the lights would dim and if you breathe through your mouth you can taste the salt in the air. It is not a heated salt room so it gets a bit chilly without a jacket or blanket. The salt suite was relaxing and they have an introduction on their iPods to let you know all the benefits and history of salt rooms. Overall my boyfriends mom and I found the salt suite relaxing.
