I really like this place and the concept! Very user friendly, come at your time, wear socks, and go into the room. You can feel the effects of the salt and it puts you into an easy nap. I would like it better with some more luxury style chairs and a place to put at least a cup. They also show blankets online but they don't actually provide them. read more

The Salt Suite - Halotherapy Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

WOW! Such a great experience, I didn't know what to expect my friend set up a session for a group of us girls and we all loved the experience! Upon entering the Staff was very nice and welcoming, they explained the whole concept, benefits, and history of the salt suite! The room was large, clean, 90 degree recliner lounge chairs, cushioned earbuds and IPods with a choice of music and detailed instructions. If you have never tried the salt suite, be prepared to be covered in salt dust, don't worry it rubs off but whew! ( don't wear black clothes) you may cough a bit and your lips will be salty! I immediately saw the benefits, cleared sinus and relaxation!! Ohhh bonus...they have a kids area also!! So u don't have to be quite! Don't walk, run to get the benefits of this amazing experience! I would definitely be returning. read more

I love coming here. I don't come as often as I should. It calms me. Puts me in a better state of mind. It's like going in a nice comfortable cave (with creature comforts to make your stay pleasant). If I go consistently I find that I do seem to breath better and not have the sinus drainage that I suffer from. read more

I'm a big believer in salt therapy. I have been to the salt suites original location in Delray a few years ago when they first opened. When I saw this location pop up I was thrilled as it's super close to my house. They have two separate rooms. One is for the kids and parents and is set up like a sandbox with toys in the salt crystals and beach chairs to sit in. The other room is the adult room and it's a dimly lit relaxing spa atmosphere. The adult room has a row of cozy leather chairs set up and a few of them are the zero gravity chairs that recline all the way back. These chairs get taken quickly but I was able to secure one at all of my sessions. Each chair "station" has a privacy wall between it, a book light, and a ipod shuffle. The iPod has spa music, breathing techniques based off condition, and guided meditations. The sessions are 45 mins each and are soo relaxing. Salt therapy benefits MANY respiratory and skin conditions. It also helps with stress and anxiety. It's great to come when your fighting off a cold or cough as the salt air really gets deep in the lungs and helps clear you out of any issues. They have a new client special and I originally went using a Groupon. They offer memberships and if I had any chronic condition they would benefits from salt therapy (asthma, COPD, eczema etc) I would totally be a member. I personally use salt therapy to recharge as needed. Definitely give it a shot if anything you get 45 mins of relaxing "me time" and who doesn't deserve that? read more

I went to Boca Salt Suite almost 2 yrs ago out of curiosity and hoping to help my respiratory issues exacerbated by allergies. I signed up for a membership and still going 2 x a week. It clears up my congestion, and I can rely a lot less on my medications. A great place to just totally chill out and enjoy the the music and meditation choices etc. It's a real private 'tune out the world' experience. Really nice and helpful staff. It works for me and I would go everyday if I could. read more

The best place for stress relief. I come here to relax for 45 minutes and breathe in salt particles that relieve my allergies. There is also salt lamps, cbd oil & herbal products on the shelves. More people should know about this spiritual, holistic haven! read more

i have been a fan of salt therapy and go to the Salt Suite in Boca. But this is a new one for me. I am just coming off a bout with Mr. Covid who left me with a nasty cough and stuffy noise. Sessions in the Salt Suite have loosened the cough and cleared the nasal passages. Like night and day. No more hacking or stuffy nose. read more

Beautiful facility with friendly staff when arriving. I feel the relaxing atmosphere, headphones with spa music and warm cozy blankets were a bonus along with reclining chairs. Will come back here when traveling in the area. I came with a coworker who comes all the time and she spoke so highly of it I came to try it. Will add this to my weekly pattern. read more

Very relaxing. They have mini iPods with relaxing spa playlists. It feels like you're breathing clean air. The facility is very clean and they are very friendly. They provide blankets because it's a bit chilly sometimes. They also have lockers available for your purse and other items. The kid salt room is super cute. I'm not sure if it actually helps but they say you have to go 3x a week to really feel it but I can't afford that nor can I go that much. It's a 45minute session. read more

What a wonderful experience! Stepping in you're greeted by a welcoming staff who are very informative and polite, not to mention the place is spotless which is a great start. The session itself is 45 minutes of pure relaxation, in an environment like nothing I've experienced, as I entered a snow white salted cave, so soft under my feet, than snuggling in a cushy chair wrapped in a comfy blanket, off I drifted while listening to calming music, than leaving feeling relief from my stuffy sinuous. I highly recommend trying at least one session, you will be pleased! Oh and they have an adorable kids room too... read more

Such a great day at the Salt Suites for both the kids and adults. I was so excited to try out the new PEMF Therapy mat system while the kids had a blast playing with toys during their salt therapy. Highly recommend both therapies and I am amazed at what a difference I felt after only one PEMF session. Amanda was knowledgeable and friendly, I will definitely be back! read more

So glad I finally made it there! Walk in staff is courteous, accommodating and answers any questions you may have! If you just need to relax its also a great place to go besides all the conditions it may help such as stress, COPD skin conditions etc. They offer a special rate for first timers..just go try you wont be sorry! read more

My daughter bought me a session and went with me. We both loved the place so much, that I joined. If she lived closer, she would have joined as well. Besides the fact that the suite is spa like, I found the staff really friendly. I have had a chronic cough for a long time and after going for a couple of months, I can see a major difference in my health. Besides the salt healing, it is also a meditation for me. The recliners and blankets are quite comfortable and there are headphones with several playlists. I personally love the chakra meditation. They sell some terrific, healthy products as well, but one never feels pressured to buy anything. I highly recommend this place if you want to escape stress, have allergies or respiratory concerns. There is also a salt room for children. What a great gift for anyone! read more

If you are looking for a healthy dose of pretentious South Florida sass, look no further than the Salt Suite. I arrived five minutes prior to my appointment time and checked in using a Groupon which was awarded to me as a gift. My mother had purchased her own Groupon. She had visited the Salt Suite on one single prior occasion, for which she redeemed a Groupon which had been purchased by a third party and awarded to her as a gift. The desk attendant lectured my mother, purporting that my mother had used more Groupons than the number to which she was entitled; this information is contradictory to the information stated during a phone conversation with a Salt Suite employee at the time during which the appointment was scheduled. I suggest that the management impose purchase limits when creating their promotion through Groupon in order to better achieve their desired outcome without relying on client telepathy. The management might also wish to further educate its employees to achieve more respectful interactions with customers. The employee working the desk at 10:30am on Saturday, 11th August was rude, and her tone was abrasive and condescending. We will not be returning to this location. read more

So relaxing. Great staff. Already noticing relief in my allergies and asthma after 5 visits. Highly recommend

This was my first visit and I enjoyed my session. The customer service was great the women there were sweet and answered all my questions. The room was peaceful and the music they provide on their iPods is relaxing yoga music The headphones had one side working. I wasn't to bothered by it but I would recommend bringing your own headphones. Everything is clean but I would suggest bringing your own blanket. The blanket they provided me with smelled like sweat. They do have a sleep mask and blanket set you can buy for yourself but I'm not sure of the cost. When I was in the salt room the lights would dim and if you breathe through your mouth you can taste the salt in the air. It is not a heated salt room so it gets a bit chilly without a jacket or blanket. The salt suite was relaxing and they have an introduction on their iPods to let you know all the benefits and history of salt rooms. Overall my boyfriends mom and I found the salt suite relaxing. We will be coming here again. Thank you! read more

It was amazing the staff was awesome and very pleasant I do feel that when you have a party of 5 or more people they should have a private room just for you and your guest. I don't think you should have to share with others also all the chairs should have the full reclining abilities. If your using it for stress, relaxation. But over all it was nice I would try it again read more

This is without a doubt my favorite salt room for breathing and meditation. Amanda and her staff are kind and helpful in every way , so I maintain a membership - always happy to walk in here. The rooms immaculate . Great energy all the way around. Thanks so much all !!! read more

I always enjoy a relaxing and rewarding experience here. I have been coming to this location for as long as they have been open and highly recommend this location. The owner Amanda is a pure delight and very helpful with myself and I have noticed how she kindly interacts with her clients. I exclusively use the face products they sell and notice a remarkable difference in my skin tone and texture. My favorite feature is being able to book sessions through the Mindbody app. It ensures me a time is available after hours and I don't have to remember to call to reserve a session or in the pinch have to reschedule. read more

The Salt Suite really helped with allergy issues & I hear it's the nicest one around!

A great spot to visit to relax. Visited while I was on vacation in FL They have 0 gravity chairs, iPods pre loaded with music, and a huge quiet salt room. You will leave feeling 10 times more relaxed than when you walked in and you will have a great night's sleep afterwards! The staff set me up with everything I needed and was wicked helpful. I definitely recommend trying out salt suite boca. read more

Amanda and the staff are amazing! Tried Salt Therapy at several locations but this one is hands down the best. The whole staff is knowledgeable and super friendly.
