She has such a talent for making people feel confident and beautiful. I was genuinely emotional after my haircut because I loved it that much. We usually call ahead for an appointment with Elaine, but there were several walk ins that were seen within 15-20min and some with no wait at all, so even without an appointment you can get seen quickly. My haircut took 20-25 min, but it will depend on how much you request to be cut. Make sure you communicate what you want upfront, as they don't do too much confirming while doing the cut (aka asking if you like this length after a first cut).
