She was friendly but had me…read morewait 45 minutes past my appointment time, left my cut to start another clients hair, and most importantly ignored practically everything I asked her to do. I told her I did not ever straighten or blow dry my hair and she did both. I asked to have it thinned very slightly and trimmed. I also asked her to put some layers in. She ended up straightening my hair so that it was flat, cutting less than an inch off, and thinning out HALF my hair volume. I left shaking and burst into tears as soon as I made it out the door. My curl pattern has been drastically affected months later. My hair will grow back eventually, but people with curly, thick hair, who wear it naturally will not have a great experience there.

Then, after the massage, she told me to leave a tip, and I got out a $20 bill from my wallet because that's all I had, and I asked for $15 back and she said no. She said "90 minute massage means $20 tip" and I was like "can you please give me change back" and she was like "bye thank you" and I just left feeling kind of sad and scammed. And the massage itself was mediocre. It was definitely relaxing, but it wasn't much deep tissue massage action. I most definitely will not ever come back here because I don't want to be ripped off again, and I could go elsewhere for a better massage without scam. They should have made the price of the massage just be $115 if there is "required tip" and unspoken of extra charges.
