The experience was very relaxing and enjoyable but price is steep for what it is and I bought I off a Instagram deal if I paid full price I would have been not satisfied. They have a lot of up-charges that seem like they should be include for price they charge of hot stones, red light treatment, blow drying your hair. Sometimes water wasn't even warm but experience was comfortable and relaxing just wish the hair massaging with various tools was longer. You do leave with wet hair and they should have an option for you to partially dry it especially in the cold months after experience is over. I also had a billing mix up and it took multiple reach outs and no one gave me an answer of how they fixed it weeks prior to my appointment but at the appointment I was told what they did to make it right. Not many instructions prior to appointment they don't have a lobby you just sit in a chair outside room until someone shows up to tell you when ready. But was determined to have my own experience and I am SO GLAD I did. I went with the basic head spa package, mainly because I have so many things I am allergic to. They were open with all my questions about the products. If you read on their website it says they leave the product in your hair and you will leave with it wet. This should not be a surprise. I love everything about this session. All the different techniques and products it was so relaxing. No rush and the tea at the end was a nice touch. Unfortunately, this was a letdown. The cost was $225., plus a "pre-set tip", bringing the total to over $500 for two people. For this, we got: a loud clunky space with vacuum going on and off down the hall. Water running nonstop, but not actually doing something. A brief shoulder massage, nothing impressive, lasting less than 60 seconds. No real scalp massage other then a brushing through our hair with shampoo. A lot of time waiting for the tech to do something other than fumble with tools. A headache from being on a hard plastic headrest for an hour. And our service ending ahead of schedule. Treatment time includes undress and re-dressing, leaving our 90 minute treatment just under 1 hour. To say we feel the value was absolutely not there is an understatement. Honestly, for the price they charge you for the service, I was disappointed. Instagram definitely upsells this place with calming music, ambience light setting and the videos of customers heads being soothed and rubbed. The "salon" is a suite in a tiny room with other businesses in the building. The employee I had was very sweet, but she barely touched my head. It's basically a hair wash and they use a couple scrubbers on your scalp and she rubbed my shoulders for like 15 seconds. The entire time is basically water running over your head. And then after the service, she was trying to sell me their products. I just spent $200, I'm not paying $60 for a conditioner. It seems very gimmicky. If they truly massaged your head and shoulders the entire time, it would be worth it, but I would save your money and go elsewhere. Not impressed. read more

This was nothing more than an overpriced scalp massage, and frankly it wasn't even a good scalp massage. No care was taken to make it a pleasant experience. And worst of all, near the end of the session the woman performing the service was using a motorized tool to massage my head and was apparently not paying attention because my hair got caught in the tool and she had to spend 10 minutes trying to detach the tool from my head. She ended up breaking my hair to get it off of me. So I left with less hair than I arrived with. Also, they don't dry your hair so you walk out with a wet head. I was highly anticipating this service so maybe my expectations were too high. When I get my hair cut, my favorite thing is the shampoo wash so it made sense this would be awesome. At $175, it was mediocre at best. You can get a better head massage at a salon. The girl was pleasant and room was nice. She wore gloves the whole time, maybe they all do this but having a neck, face, scalp massage def feels different with gloves. When she used the brush it did feel nice. The head massager felt just like something vibrating your head, just a waste of time as it wasn't a good tool for head massage. My best friend from college was visiting so we decided to try this place out. Do not be put off by the fact that it is in an office building. Once you enter the suite, you will never know the difference! There are two different rooms, a single and a double. Obvi, we were in the double. They asked if we wanted the beds heated and we said yes, a little. We climbed into the beds and the linens were so soft and so cozy. You put your head on a black square with holes in it, it's pretty soft too. I was not uncomfortable at all. Once the bed started to heat up, I could literally feel the muscles in back relaxing. The woman working on my friend asked her about her hair, type, colored, etc... The woman working on mine, didn't ask me any questions, she just started. It may have been related to the fact that we were 10 minutes late (totally my fault, that I openly admitted to, and I think she was trying to get as much in with the time left). I do not know what they use as far as individual serums/shampoos/conditioners etc... but I do know they smelled INCREDIBLE and that's all I cared about. They use multiple different tools to massage your scalp, brush your hair, etc. The pressure she was using was delightful. I contemplated asking her to use more pressure, but with it being my first time, I left it to her discretion. It's is glorious!!! If you are a fan of having your scalp massaged, your hair brushed, your hair played with, GO!!!! Go Now!!! And I haven't even gotten to my favorite part, the water halo spray, oh yeah, I giggled! I have no idea why something as simple as having a halo of water spraying on my head felt so incredible but it did and I swore I was logging on to Amazon when I got home to buy one. I haven't yet because I haven't figured out where I would put it yet, but let me tell you, I'm doing it in my shower! When you're all done, sadly you do have to leave, they put your hair up in a clip that obvi you get to keep. Something about the serums they use, drying the hair de-activates it, so they ask that you let your hair air dry and not wash your hair for a few days after. Now, it is expensive, more so when you add on a tip, but if you plan/save up, it is so worth the splurge. I will definitely be doing it again. We did not add anything on, you can add on hot stones and a facial. I may do that next time, cause why not?! The woman doing my friends treatment's name was Q'uana, I wish I could remember the name of the woman who did mine, I want to say Tonya but I could be making that up. I would work with either of them again. Also when you are finished they offer you hot tea, however, I don't recommend doing what I did when I got out to the car, I dumped it onto my thighs by accident. I really wanted to love this place, and was so excited for my appointment. All I can say is it was completely underwhelming. I did the standard head spa package which was $175 for 45 minutes. It is basically a very thorough shampoo and conditioning of your hair. The staff was pleasant, and I have no issues with them, its more the overall experience. First of all, it's in a salon suite, so you have to check-in in a small little area, which looks to be a random storage room of some sorts with things haphazardly stacked, and stored. There is an iPad where you sign in, you are not greeted in anyway and you sit in a hallway until it's your turn. The treatment rooms are cozy, and the bed is heated, which was nice. The treatment begins, and it's basically a mixture of brushing and washing/conditioning of your hair. They used a standard handheld faucet sprayer like when you get your hair done at a salon until the very end at which time they turned on the arched, spraying apparatus that you see advertised. It was only used at the very end for a short amount of time. You leave with your hair wet, which again... it's just annoying. Overall, I would never do this again. The value just is not there. It felt very low quality, unprofessional, low customer experience type of service and I do feel like their Instagram is misleading. I would maybe pay $50 for this service, $175 is outrageous. read more

I received a "spa day" as a gift for my first Mother's Day. First, this is not a spa, it's singular rooms in a salon rental building making the atmosphere not relaxing at all. I paid $300 for the Headspa Luxe with Jelly mask and add on dermaplane. While the lady who did my treatment was so nice, it was apparent she did not know what she was doing with the dermaplane. She even cut my cheek. The head treatment was nice, but absolutely not even close to worth $250. I pay less at traditional spas for a 90 minute full body treatment. Disappointed overall. read more

Enjoyed a treatment as a gift from my sister. Qu'Ana was very good and created a relaxing environment. My hair and scalp feel refreshed. There was a coupon that allowed for a price reduction which I recommend using. As nice as it was, at the regular price of $175 I'd say that's more than I'd spend as a regular service for the experience. Be careful with this one- it's an instagram scam IMO!First of all the spa itself is not the most appealing place as it consists of two very small rooms inside a salon rental building. My hair was in legit dread locks afterwards after all the scrubbing and cheap hair products they use. I had to spend 20 minutes after my session to brush it all out. The products made me smell like a chain smoker- I had to go home and shower immediately. The over all massage experience was poor as well and probably should have been priced at 30$ all in vs the pricey amount I paid. read more

This service is extremely overpriced. I paid $265 for an hour of someone washing my hair and rubbing a couple of creams on my face. It was very hot in the room as well. I thought it would include a lot more head, shoulders and neck massage. She basically washed my hair a lot and brushed it with a brush while shampoo was lathered in it. read more
