My wife and daughters are 5'2" to 5'4" and I'm a slender 6'3" so standard sized apparel often needs tailoring to fit us well. Irene and her team at Mattucci nail it every time, even with very complicated or delicate vintage items! We've had items tailored other places (mostly while traveling) and we usually end up needing to bring them back in to Mattucci to be re-tailored better a second time around. Don't waste your time or money elsewhere - Mattucci is the best and worth every penny. :)

Irene has helped me redesign and transform dresses, often with complicated alterations, and the results are always exceptional. I have entrusted her with some of my most expensive and treasured pieces, and she has never let me down. She has an incredible eye for design, impeccable craftsmanship, and the ability to make even the most challenging alterations look effortless. It is rare to find someone I trust so completely with my wardrobe. Irene is truly talented, and I wouldn't take my clothing anywhere else. I highly recommend her, especially to anyone who values beautiful clothing and exceptional tailoring!

SOOOO MY VIBE!!!!!! My 13 year old daughter found this…read morestore and asked me to take her she said I would like it too, she was wrong I love love love love love this place I want everything in the store! The owner must be my soulmate LOL! We tried very hard not to buy out the whole store they have eclectic clothing that you will never find at Target, Old Navy, department stores you know those boooooring places where moms get kid's clothing. The prices are great!!!! A super intricate embroidery linen top was $30, it looks expensive, yes it is second hand but everything on the rack was in good condition. Jewelry, the rustic kinds with stones and again very detailed designs were $8.99. I will go back and get some iron wall hooks, they are in the shape of animal and sea animals and in various sizes, most are 1 hook but they have the multiple ones I have to measure our space and go back. They had the coolest rustic Ugg boots with a strap that wraps around with a metal bead at the end of leather strap I wanted it but it was too big. They were in very good condition. The men's rider boots are so cool, there is nothing sexier than a man with worn out cool boots. You guys all need to stop wearing Sketchers you aren't 5 anymore I promise you will get more chicks if you don't wear running shoes. If you are wanting a cool make over then go there and ask the nice lady there to find an ensemble for you she's so nice and so helpful! They have kids stuff too for cool kids! And what's so fun about these places is there will always be new things, I would love to have the job of finding things to sell here. I love vintage finds at estate sales but this owner did all the legwork for me and brought them all here!!! Can't wait to go back, I'm an Atomic Junk junky!!!!

This is more of a retro vintage store and what makes this place different is that they don't just collect donations, the owner actually hits the road sometimes and brings back really cool finds from other areas. There are a ton of really stylish, funky, colorful artsy pieces to bring flair to your life or you! There are tons of goodies to help you communicate your vibe! I love stepping into the store getting lost in the retro gems mixed with the nostalgic inner child funtastic finds! They also had some sunny yard artwork outside! I can't wait to go back!

Crazy fashion! And I mean that in a good way. There is a lot to really like here, though holy…read moremoley there is just... a *lot* here! + Stars - Amy the owner, what a sweetie. Such light, upbeat energy. She will see what you are holding in your hand (or wearing) and pick out with some amazing memory of every thing in her massive amount of shelves/rods/everywhere, and it's 90% likely to be fab + Stars - Cute and trendy but not too pricey. Strikes a good price point between M Frederic ($!) and somewhere like Forever 21. What that gets you is better quality but not made in Italy (as if M Frederic had that either lol). Cute, hip, and also some classics. + Stars - Great Location for after-lunch walk and shop. Riv Village, need I say more. - Stars - There are some items that might be the unique taste of who knows whom, but frankly, that crochet/fishnet/sequin look should stay in Stevie Nicks' closet and not still be sold. I suggest you browse, but that you definitely have Amy help you pick out things, as she will find your taste faster than you will!

I was greeted by the owner when I wandered into this shop for the first time yesterday. Thanks,…read moreAmy, for wonderful service! And thanks for gift-wrapping the "baseball" cap I bought for myself, such a sweet thing to do. Great customer service is the reason I like to patronize my local businesses. When I walk in, they know me by name. And over time, they also know which new products I'll be interested in seeing. I bought a snazzy, white & yellow Peter Grimm cap, just right for summer at the beach. They also carry Panama Jack caps, so I'm sure I'll be adding to my collection of those. Gotta keep the scorching sun off my nose! The inventory at this very cute shop is beach-y cool....appropriate for a place located a couple short blocks from the ocean. In addition to hats, they carry all kinds of clothes for men & women. I didn't have time to explore the clothing racks this time around, but that day will come for sure. Is it summer yet? My toes are screaming to hit the warm sand. LA, I love you.

Not the biggest Goodwill thrift store, but had a large selection of women's clothing, all well…read moresorted. My wife usually has a bag or two of used clothes, ready to donate, in our car. Thus she can stop into any close Goodwill location, donate, and then stop into the adjoining thrift retail store to do a little shopping. That's exactly what we did on a Saturday afternoon when we were in Redondo Beach for brunch. Dropping off the clothes was simple and manual. There is a QR code to scan, to automatically generate a tax receipt for the donation. Unfortunately, the first step of creating an account via an email never worked, so gave up to try again later. Nevertheless, it was a good stop, where she bought a dress for herself and one for her mom. The store was well staffed with helpful associates. I usually peruse the used records, books, and toy section...not a great selection at this store, but probably a good thing for me personally, since I don't really have the space.

They did have an assortment of items; seasonal Halloween items, clothes, some toys, decor, books, etc and even rugs! But very limited. I see people donating all the time but there's not much in here. The peace I guess is too small to house everything. Maybe they only select a handful of goods and dump the rest. The cashier up front is not friendly. I politely asked a quick question and she said two words with a stank face. She looked annoyed and tired. No hello, or welcome, or sorry, or any acknowledgment whatsoever. She abruptly ended the conversation and I walked away. Place needs better customer service so not to scare off potential buyers. I suggest management to properly train these workers. A bunch of females in the back (I guess the sorting area) behind a big door were just laughing it up and talking so loud I could barely hear myself think. They weren't working. They just kept gossiping and talking out loud to the point you can hear it from across the other room as I walked away. It was difficult look through the items because they were cackling so loudly. 10/12/25
