I finally called the number provided in the email and left a voicemail. Someone reached back out via text asking how they could help (?!). I sent them screenshots of my appointment and asked if they had a record...still have not heard back from them. How disappointing (and frustrating) that a company who's purpose is to help people, doesn't even respond to them or acknowledge their appointment.
